    Friendly staff yet they can get really back up. Wait times can kill you especially when you're in a hurry!

    Great service BUT employees were not wearing masks on multiple occasions. Very concerning and a shame because the shop gives great service!

    Can't really rate when it's not open. Their hours appear random. The website says 9:00-1:00. Not open at 10:45.

Moreover, I was told that I would be charged $200-$300 and was charged upwards of $600. I was also told that my items would be reinforced with tape and professionally packed and everything came destroyed and broken. I have over 20 pictures that I will be posting online (see here), as glass and razor blades came flying out of the box and all of my personal items (even a bin marked *important) were shipped in the same box as breakable toiletries. I've had to toss almost everything, and what I still have left wreaks of nail polish. The owner of this business had the audacity to call me a liar when I had a complete inventory (that I provided) of the 9 items I left at their store, and I only received 8. The customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced in my entire life. One of the employees actually told me that it was not necessary for me to speak to a manager because they wouldn't help me. Are you kidding me right now? I am beyond appalled and have no idea how this place is still in business. They run their operation like a complete shit show. I was offered $200 but was not offered a refund or any sort of genuine apology. I'm mostly upset that my claim was not taken seriously, even after sending these 20 photos to the owner. This is completely unacceptable. Any business with clout would be appalled if this happened to one of their customers and would offer a full refund without a doubt. At the end of the day, they promised me professional packing, and you can see what I got, on top of an item being missing. It took me over 3 hours to clean up this mess.

I said you must be having a bad day. Immediately she said if you're not happy with me you can find somebody else to help you. You could have knocked me down with a feather. I was so surprised I then said I'd like to see your manager correction: She said no you cant. She asked for my QV something code and I said I would like to see your manager, Again she said you can't. Now can I see your QV something code whatever it was she was wanting. I said not until I see your manager. She repeated her statement you can find somebody else to help you. I don't know if this girl was having a bad day or she was depressed but I picked up my package and just walked out. I turned around and said, all I was looking for was a friendly face. This girl really surprised the heck out of me with her nasty attitude

On the shelf, item says $4.99 each. I bought 2 items and gave a discount code of 15% to the checkout girl. When I was told the charge was $10, I questioned why when I had a discount code. Then, I was told they had not updated the amounts in the system. Of course, I would be charged more, not less than what was the right amount. When I lived in Arizona, this kind of "mistake" happened all of the time, but because it never happened here, I thought it never could. I am reporting this to warn any customers of this Staples that they should always check to be sure they are being charged the correct price since this store doesn't update prices.
