The amount of business they gets fluctuates but most of the time when you show up, it will be just your or maybe a few people. On most visits I can be in and out within 5 minutes. The staff is extremely friendly and happy to help me with whatever questions I may have. On 2 occasions now, I've showed up to send a package while it was raining. They let me hang out in their store until the bus arrive for me to take home. Quite personally, I prefer to go to the UPS Store over the Post Office. Less business. Less Waiting.
