She was juggling a steady stream of customers with shipment drop offs and pkgs needing packing and shipping. Had what appeared to be a rather large order of color copies be processed and the UPS driver was there to make a pickup. I needed two faxes sent and a mound of two sided medical records copied and separated into files as I had brought them in. Lakyn never missed a beat. She maintained control of all the customers needs and kept a smooth flow with no delays for anyone. Most importantly she was in good spirit with a stand out attitude of customer service.
