College hunks sent me a 7 page letter, and an "updated" invoice containing more than 7000 dollars…read morein charges, on top of the initial 4000 dollars i have paid. They spent 2 days moving my stuff, breaking and damaging things, bagging stuff in trashbags, and they charged me 11,159 dollars. Their response? Respond to my review blaming me and my family for not being move ready, and having to move in 3.5 hours. They then spent two days damaging stuff, harrassing me and my family, and saying bad things about us to the people that moved into our house. They also talked about us in the letter, detailing everything about our personal lives, embellishing where they thought it necessary, blatently lying in other places. It is right here in their response. They are blaming us for the problem, lying about moving in 3.5 hours instead of 2 days, and they left whatever they decided on leaving to be thrown away. Do you want a moving company that will put personal details about their customers on the internet? Choose college hunks.

We slept on air mattresses for too long since all our stuff was in the trailer. I called often and no one could give me an estimate for when it would arrive. This created an issue with scheduling help unloading. Short notice made me scramble to get help! I was frustrated with the whole experience.

We also had several things stolen. Ask your driver he will be more than happy to tell you. You wont be saving money they intentionally take all day then tell you they cant do it the next so you will do anything to have it finished. They will tell you their truck is free but charge for gas. Which is fine but they should tell you everything upfront. The pictures you see are NOT what your getting. They went through boxes asking to buy things. They smelled like alcohol and cigarettes.
