They then spent two days damaging stuff, harrassing me and my family, and saying bad things about us to the people that moved into our house. They also talked about us in the letter, detailing everything about our personal lives, embellishing where they thought it necessary, blatently lying in other places. It is right here in their response. They are blaming us for the problem, lying about moving in 3.5 hours instead of 2 days, and they left whatever they decided on leaving to be thrown away. I hired these gentlemen to make a move of about 370 miles for me. I booked them 2 weeks in…read moreadvance, and warned them that time and injuries were potential factors that could slow packing, and that I might need their help. I contacted them again within a week of moving and said hardly anything would be packed. They said they weren't bringing boxes or packing supplies, I told them I would provide. I called them again as they drove to the move and told them I needed packing done. Bottom line, even though not part of original agreement, I warned them several times about the situation. They packed my storage first on the first day. 4 people allegedly took 7 hrs to pack a fully loaded 10 x 15 storage unit. You do the math. The second day they stated on the main area. Packing needed to be done, and I told them I would ay them an additional $800. Let me hasten to say that at no point did they offer to do this for more money, or try to renegotiate. They did say they would like to leave at 2:30, after arriving at 10a. At 3:30 they said they needed to get diesel in their trucks, and I needed to get either cash or a certified check to pay them the approx. $6k owed (INCLUDING bonus). They called from gas station and asked me to meet them. I paid them and they left. I thought they must have really busted it the last hour. When I returned home I found items and trash in every room. There was a box open and half-packed in the kitchen, as well as a bowl half wrapped on the counter. There were items in every cabinet. The cabinets below the counter had not even been touched. I've attached photos for how it was left. I had to contact a 2nd mover to come and finish the job, at the cost of an additional $3,100. They had caked up an additional 40 boxes!!! Who just walks away from a job!?!? I thought these were good guys, but I truly felt robbed.

I did just that this past week for a family friend who needed to move from her apartment. We contracted through U-Haul and two men, John and Tyrone, from Reliable Strongman Movers showed up at the apartment at the appointed time. Here in Tennessee it's rare when a service provider shows up on time, but these guys were within 5 minutes of the scheduled time. We introduced ourselves and then they went to work. And when I say "went-to-work", they were working more efficiently and faster than any previous moving helpers. (And it was a 92 degrees with 76% humidity kind of a day). John was the strategic specialist who directed and helped move every box and every item of furniture so it fit snuggly and securely, fitting it all into the U-Haul so it would not move or jiggle around in transit. They packed an entire two-bedroom apartment in just over an hour. We then drove to our storage space and they unloaded and packed the storage space in 45 minutes. These guys are GOOD! Wow! What a team! They were professional, respectful of my friend's belongings, friendly, efficient, courteous, and never once did I hear a curse word. These guys were amazing. If ever I need moving help again, they will, hands down, be my go-to moving company. I can't give enough songs of praise about these fellas.
