Giving this company a 2 star rating because of positive ratings on the Internet and the fact this company is only 2 years old so maybe still learning.
Called Unleashed Gutters along with two competitors to obtain estimates. Competitors made contact immediately in follow up to automated website responses. Nothing personal from Unleashed Gutters for two days, then a phone call setting a time to meet between 3:00 and 5:00 in the afternoon. Estimator said he would call if running late and asked us to do the same. Waited all afternoon, then at 5:15 get a text, estimator is on the way and will arrive in 20 minutes.
No "sorry I'm running behind", nothing! I immediately texted back we were no longer interested given the obvious unprofessional behavior. My thought here is people quickly establish patterns and so far the pattern here is either "I am not really interested in you as a customer" or "I have so much business, I don't need yours". How long would it have taken to text or call when running late?
Thirty minutes later the estimator is at the front door. Still no apology. Never read my text telling him to take us off the list. Consistent to the end he said "no worries", turned, and walked back to his car. read more
