    This jerk is new, terrible, rude and loud to customers. He's so loud and rude standing near the entrance almost like shouting to the customers. And he brought up some random UPS policy that was never enforced in any other locations and refused my package. He is playing God from the drain hole. It was never too pleasant with other staffs already but this new jerk tops them all. He's trying to beat them all to become the king jerk at this location.

    Extremely unprofessional. Refuse to take in my high declared value package, claiming some non-existent UPS policy even though the UPS company never requires that. The store manager Olajuwon is terribly rude and fully determined to not be helpful at all. If you just have some Amazon drop off that's probably fine, but if you ever try to do anything required brain capacity ever so slightly more than pushing some button and printing some labels, the staff of this store will sure set you up for a nightmarish experience. I will never visit that store again and I believe no one should subjugate themselves to this kind of treatment and contempt.

    I paid $539 to ship a valuable ($7000) piece of art. It arrived with the glass broken, frame damaged and the print scratched from the glass. I was told I had to file a claim with UPS Claims. I did for $1700, and that was before I knew the print was damaged. They only paid 600, just enough for it to be reframed, no refund of the fee to ship and they said too bad about other damage since we didn't buy additional insurance. Shouldn't UPS refund the $539 for the "fragile " service they failed to provide? Shouldn't their insurance cover the damage THEY did to my property while in their possession?

    Every time I come here it's a quick easy process. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Returning packages are a breeze. The hardest thing about this place is finding a parking spot on the street. Located in town Sq of the Newport area.

    Workers are rude, I was in there for 5 mins and not only were they rude to us, but to a caller and all other customers in the store.

    They accepted my package. UPS tracking shows that. They "sent it back". They have no tracking…read morenumber for the "returned" item and cannot give me any information. The store I purchased the items from hasn't received the item back, and UPS doesn't have the tracking associated with any return. More.... When I received email that it had been delivered I asked and asked the place if they'd receives it. The man answering was so out out to even have to talk to me and said he wouldn't look. Standing at the place, which is not very large, it would not have been difficult to check.... The woman working today that can't answer any questions seems very angry as well and not very friendly. If you are shopping for paraphernalia to do illegal substances it looks like this place can help you. If you crappy sex toys or garish phone cases, they might be able to help you. If you want a package received by a reputable company, do NOT have it sent here. I'm seeing what I can do with UPS to have their contract cancelled. They absolutely do not at all have any professionalism. So while I'm on hold with UPS on my phone she tells me to leave But wait, there's more. UPS (the nationwide company, not this crappy lying store) says this store marked my package as picked up by me a week ago. I did not pick up the item.

    If I could give this FedEx location zero stars I would. For one, the parking situation is a total…read moresh*tshow. Good luck finding street parking. The staff themselves are not the friendliest, they all have the same "I'm just here to get paid and dip out" energy. I came to drop off an iPhone that needed to be sent to Apple as a replacement. When I dropped the iPhone off the CSR did not label or tape my package in front of me. But I assumed positive intent that he would do his job and not potentially go through my package. Long story short, I got a message from Apple stating that they received an empty box with no iPhone inside to return. So at some point between me dropping it off and it being in-transit to the return center someone pocketed my iPhone. Thankfully Apple was willing to work with me and the situation was rectified rather quickly but the fact I had to deal with that BS. It already sucks we only have two FedEx Shipping Centers in the Hoboken/Jersey City area. The location at Exchange Place is probably better but the parking is just as bad. Be cautious when dropping off your packages and always ask for a receipt.

There is a lot of supplies and equipment available. Value (NA): Processing an item for adjustment so the company doing this adjustment paid for the transaction.
