UPS must stand for UnProfessional Services because they are so inconsistent with when they open, the level of interaction, and general competence that it becomes infuriating to anticipate a visit. Most frustratingly is that it says 8am as the opening time on the door, but 8:30 AM online. Thankfully, you don't have to worry about that discrepancy because they're never open on time anyway. Good thing they aren't located near like Wall Street or a busy urban area where people need to get to work on time... read more

The UPS Store - A store that's supposed to be open - Shipping Centers Near Me - New York, New York

horrible customer service.. trying to drop off a package on our way out (could not bring it with us to our next destination) and the employee decided to shut the store down for a "lunch break" at 3:00 - store is supposed to be OPEN during business hours. He would not let us leave it outside the door or open the door so we could leave it and have him scan it later. Don't have customers lug boxes during business hours and not service them. read more

Convenient for dropping off Amazon packages. USPS is still the best for cheaper flat rate shipping, but UPS can be convenient sometimes for other things. read more

Rude and unprofessional, I'll take my business elsewhere to Fed Ex or USPS. Not sure why the owner allows unprofessional staff to be rude to paying customers. Best advice, be patient don't have high expectations. read more

Super fast service. Staff are friendly and move quickly to assist you and get you out the door. Great location. Small store front.

Do not waste your time trying to go to this UPS. There is consistently a sign stating the system is down but more likely the doorman of the building puts that sign there when the staff is running late. Hate to make a bad review but I wasted so much time waiting on too many occasions. Again, DO NOT go here unless you want to waste time. Other locations in the area are a better option even if it's a bit out of your way read more

This is a semi-hidden UPS store location; it's located inside the Wall Street 4/5 train station. Yesterday, I needed to return a package to Amazon and came here for the first time. It's not the fanciest location but it served its purpose. The store was empty and the sole employee was doing something when I arrived, but she still managed to come over and greet and assist me immediately. I wasn't sure if I could simply utilize the same box that Amazon had sent me; she quickly assured me I could. She re-tapped the box and promptly sent me on my way. I don't anticipate the need to return here for anything, but in the event I do, I would surely return here. The employee was excellent and couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. read more

I was just in the store this afternoon, and your associate Danny couldn't have been more helpful. I needed to print a document asap and he helped me out of a tight spot. Great service, and I look forward to my next visit to the store! read more

Attempted to drop off a package at 8:35. Google says they open at 8:30. The sign on the door says they open at 8. The gates were still down and no one was present in the store. read more

Hello! I have a mailbox here and wanted to come by to pick up my mail. However, I called several times and no one is picking up. I certainly understand in this pandemic things are out of sorts. Does anyone know if they are open? Can someone from the store (if you see my review) confirm? Thank you and stay safe! read more

Avoid this location like the plague. They wanted to charge for me a strip of tape to close the box after I had to spend $4 to print my prepaid label. Never again. I don't understand businesses who actively drive customers away with obnoxious policies. I will find a different USP with reasonable policies. read more

This UPS Store is terrible. They have very poor customer service. Incredibly rude and actually go out of their way to NOT help you. I've gone here a few times for Amazon returns. The scanner can not read the label on my phone and they REFUSE to type in the tracking number. Just kept saying it was my phone. I've returned multiple items this way at different UPS stores and only one other time was the scanner not able to read and that UPS rep quickly entered the tracking and was able to pull up the label, took her less than ten seconds. I've seen them be rude to multiple customers in the few times I've been there. If something requires them to take two steps away from the register, they won't do it. They even made the woman in front of me get her own label off the printer because they were too lazy. Avoid this location if at all possible!! read more

I had to ship a package on a rainy Saturday afternoon and I wasn't expecting much, and but actual experience couldn't have been more pleasant. Colin was working by himself and was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He helped me get in and out quickly and on with my weekend. I definitely would recommend this UPS Store location. read more

Screwed up my shipment and acted like nothing could be done to rectify. Rude staff. Avoid this location.

The store UPS 6404, walk-in / drop-off, lost my mission-critical overnight package dropped off at the store 7/9/14 4Pm for 7/9/14 6:30 PM overnight shipping to arrive next day 7/10 @ 10:30 AM and this DID NOT HAPPEN UPS corporate said as of 5PM, 7/10 that it had not taken possession of the package The store insisted anyway that it had gone out, even though the UPS tracking system showed only that a label had been created @ 6:30 PM, 7/9 nothing more I said the package was lost in the store, they denied, showed me a scribbled receipt from a driver that 'proved' the package had gone out, I said that proved a scribble, only scanning proved proved pickup, I asked who the driver was and they said they did not know, seasonal substitute/ replacement, yeah sure they give packages to unknown persons, well maybe , 'when you are in a hole, first thing, is stop digging' So I then called many UPS corporate numbers, all of whom denied responsibility or remedy - told me to do more things, I told them "they had to do more things not me" this became very heated they agreed they would do the things they told me to do we shall see Finally late 7/10 PM UPS tracking system emailed, said the package was picked up by UPS 7/10 7PM to be delivered 7/11 10:30 AM DON'T GO HERE I plan to picket the store tomorrow I have to decide if they flat out lied to me or if they are just plain incompetent As I say, mission critical time-sensitive package UPS corporate denies responsibility, local stores are franchises, even as they benefit from corporate brand identification Did I say read more

The website for this location as well as Yelp list notary services but I called them and the response was that "we don't have a notary yet".

I was extremely upset by the customer service I received at this UPS Store. While printing, I inadvertently hit print for a 90 page document, immediately saw my error and attempted to cancel the print job. The computer would not allow me to cancel, nor would the printer itself. I asked for assistance from the worker there (he and I were the only ones in the store) and he looked at it dumbfounded as the paper continued to print. He then told me that he would need to charge me for all of the pages. I spent $26 on a print job that should have cost less than half that. The worker was very rude and told me that I should not do that in the future, which was obvious because it was clearly an accident that was caught almost instantaneously. I cannot remember a time when I felt more ripped off than this. I caution others from patronizing this store. read more
