UPS Store seems to always be a place for me in time of dire need - and they always come through! This time it was critical to get an important document faxed off. It worked like a charm! There have been times I've picked up vital mail pieces here or needed supplies. Again, they always came through. Oh! There is also notary availability too. But I would contact the store to find out when that is available. This is an excellent UPS Store. Don't be afraid to visit. I would say that prices here run normal to the cost and value of other shops of its kind like Office Depot/Max, Staples, and FedEx. I haven't found anything I've done that I wish would have been lower cost but certainly others have their own take on this. She called the document "shady" and it came directly from a federal credit union. She said multiple times, not in a quiet or polite way, that this document was shady. I told her the bank sent to me to have my name notarized. Gave her my local DL and even more info than she needed to know about the situation & she was quite rude and nasty. It was just so unprofessional that it shocked me, especially since they see me all the time in that store. I don't know that I ever, ever want to step foot in that store again. Living in ATL Beach, it is so convenient. But, so not worth the ugly that I had to put up with for her to look at my DL and watch me sign a document, put her notary on it. For the many office supplies it sells, it's pretty clear the employees pay close attention to detail in making sure things never get messy or disorganized. On a different note, in recent days, I have found some updates to the FedEx app have made it far more useful tool as well. The tracking and notifications seem more reliable. I have not created any shipping labels yet, but I do have the ability. I have to say I have no complaints about the value of what they sell or the cost of mailing packages. I've always felt they were fair. In fact, the most recent cost for my package to be shipped was far lower than I expected.
