This is a great store to ship packages, make copies, use as your mailbox rental place, and so much more. They will do the packing for you, for a fee. I believe this business is own by a nice husband and wife team. They do cost a little bIt more, but it's worth it. No long lines either. I highly recommend this business. I have a problem of them delivering my order to a home not mine and I have tried unsuccessfully to seem a solution to an ongoing problem with the delivery service. Everyone here are so kind and always help me with everything I've ever needed and I come here pretty frequently too. Theres times, I came unprepared, like boxes that need to be taped. Under very difficult circumstances, due to the unexpected death of our daughter, who was living in Jacksonville, we had to have her belongings shipped to us in California. These two, without knowing us, went beyond all expectations to help us. There are just no words to describe the comfort they gave us, along with the confidence that her things would be safe with them, they, personally, securely packed and prepared for shipping all items, trusting us to then handle payment over the phone, along with including a beautiful and personal sympathy card! Because of their acts of kindness, they spared us even more pain in helping us avoid a trip to Jacksonville while experiencing profound grief. Please support this store and say thank you for us... While the costs for their products are a little high- the shipping guarantees are really good. Perhaps because of this, most online retailers prefer them to USPS- which is my favorite. The staff at this store is very friendly, but expect to be charged for tape, boxes, etc... etc. it's par for the course. When I have to use UPS- I like to package at home, and ship here. read more

I stopped in to drop off a package for the Postal Service and the guy at the counter says I can't give you a receipt for that (every other UPS store gives me a receipt)and it's not even gonna leave here till Monday at the earliest and it's Friday ‍ ..... He actually made it perfectly clear that he didn't want to give my package to the post office and he was kind of rude and I use UPS store quite a bit but I will not be using this one again read more

Came in for two pages of printed document and they said it would be 10 minutes. No problem. I come back in 15 minutes later and the gentleman behind the counter says "Yeah, that wasn't due until 5:40PM". So wait, you're saying you wouldn't have gotten to these TWO grueling pages of print for another 5 hours and 30 minutes? But hey, you bent over backwards and had the two pages in my hand 30 minutes after the order was placed. That is going ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty. I wouldn't have minded if I didn't get the lackadaisical comment at the end. This is why when I go to FedEx Office, they have the documents ready before I even walk through the door. read more

UPS should have delivered a package to me. They didn't deliver it to me it went who knows where? So I stopped in at the neighborhood UPS store. Boy was that a mistake. I asked them to track a shipping number for me. I should have gotten the package last Friday but evidently the system said it was deliver but to another zip code. I asked just track it for me so we can locate it. The guy behind the counter evidently thinks I just fell off the pumpkin truck. He told me that I need to get with a guy that drives one of those brown ups trucks. The guy behind the counter said he won't or can't track a ups number. Evidently I was wasting his time with customer service and he won't make a dime on it. I will remember this the next time I need something shipped. I will use "US POSTAL SERVICE" or "FEDEX". But never will I ship with UPS again. And if I receive a package delivered by UPS I will refuse the package. read more

I had to go here to ship back my AT&T modem that got hit by lightening last week. The service while friendly was very slow.

The staff is rude, and the service is condescending. The owner treated me as if I was a nuisance to ask questions about their shipping rates, and I wasn't informed I would be charged for tape or peanuts before they used them. It would have been worth a trip home to do it myself. I will never be back to this location, and will avoid UPS at all costs in the future. The post office down the street is friendly and helpful, and didn't leave me with my blood boiling. read more
