Looks like either someone sat on the box or put a very heavy object on it. But it is crushed. I opened the box and was happy to find lots of bubble wrap but no peanuts. I removed 7 lbs of various books, show catalogs and a framed picture. With hardly any cushion sat below my prized dog statue. BROKEN!!! The weight of the 7 lbs of books coupled with the crushed box top had broken the ears off my boxer dogs! I was devastated. Who puts 7 lbs of books on top of a fragile statue?? I told them over and over again it was valuable and fragile. 7 lbs of books........almost $100 paid to ship "safely".......the most important thing in the box is broken. There is a 10% discount on 10 boxes of the same size or 25% discount off a bundle of boxes. The number of boxes in a bundle vary per box size. The gentleman we had spoken to on the phone already pulled the boxes we needed. He was very nice and obviously very efficient providing great customer service. We paid and off again in 5 minutes.
