I had my service on auto pay and they got a new system and lost my card number…read moreso they stopped picking up my trash and after a month of my trash barrel being out at the curb, I called them and they told me I could pay to have the service reinstated going forward then they charged me again and said that that payment was for the time that they didn't pick up my trash, they literally charged me to not pick up my trash and then the lady was really rude on the phone. The boxes in the attic were covered with dust and some roofing debris from re-roofing. The ServiceMaster team cleaned and sanitized the boxes and other items, carried them down two flights of stairs, and placed them in our garage so that we could sort through them. This team is not just for disasters, but also for heavy duty cleaning. They worked with our schedule to accommodate our needs. Every employee was kind, courteous, hard-working and thoughtful. They did a really amazing job under challenging conditions. The estimate was accurate and we knew what we would be paying. They had several other jobs to complete for other customers, so it was a good thing that we had scheduled our time in advance. When we needed more days to complete the project (time for us to sort), ServiceMaster worked with us to get us scheduled quickly. They helped us make an overwhelming task do-able.
