This UPS store sees a good amount of business every time I'm there and they always handle it really well. The folks helping me on Wednesday were very nice and chatty, and helped me to get my overnight package sent out on time. They were also helpful in making sure my package (containing 5 lbs or less of dry ice - per UPS policy) was safe to send. Overnight shipping is never cheap. I knew that coming in. Wow...I refused to even go in this store because during a phone call to ensure I could drop off a package to be sent via UPS with a preprinted return label on the box the associate told me that I was screaming into the phone even though I was talking in a normal tone of voice. After moving the phone farther away the associate again stated that she couldn't hear me clearly because I was "screaming into the phone". Never have I had someone tell me that talking in my normal tone of voice on my cell phone was problematic. read more

I had to go to this UPS store to get some documents printed and notarized. I called before driving there to make sure they had a notary available. After confirming a notary was there we and my wife planned to meet there on her lunch break to sign the documents. Upon our arrival, Tiffany helped us. She was kind and walked us through the process to make sure everything was filled out correctly. My wife was in a bit of a time crunch so Tiffany made sure my wife completed her signatures first, to give my wife time to get back to work safely. I then stayed to sign my documents since i had time to spare. Tiffany noticed that our documents required a witness signature as well. Thankfully, they were also able to provide us with witness to sign the documents as well. The cost was fair and the service was great. The store got really busy while we were there and all the employees were doing great dealing with the rush. I will go back if i need to ship anything or need any other documents notarized. I paid over $100 to send a package to my home in another state I'm working in, so I might have the tools I need for my job. I was asked to and reviewed the screen which showed me the name and address, a list of items and nothing else. No mention of a requirement for a signature was shown or highlighted. It wasn't obvious if it is there at all. I learned AFTER THE FACT, any package worth over $1,000 requires a signature. Had I known this when making the shipment, I'd have sent it to another address where someone could sign for it. Instead, I get no help from UPS corporate and the Speedway Indiana UPS Store. I stated the information was correct.1 About a week later, I received a notice on my front door stating UPS had tried to deliver the package. I called the 800 number and spoke with a gentleman who answered. UPS has a policy which makes you log into your UPS online account a minimum of every 6 months. Therefore, my online account had been closed. This kept me from making any changes which may have facilitated my delivery. Apparently, the UPS app doesn't count towards account activity. Who knew? The gentleman I spoke to for over 45 minutes was, at best, worthless. He failed to listen to my issues and instead focused on the fact I hadn't used my UPS account in months. Again, the UPS app isn't part of the system. He never attempted to resolve my issue. I hung up frustrated. Why wasn't a local number provided? Why wasn't a tracking number given? Apparently making things customer friendly isn't a priority for UPS. It should be part of their corporate policy. The solution, offered by the UPS Store is to ship it again AT MY EXPENSE. They acknowledge no culpability whatsoever. The manager/owner knows when I made the shipping arrangements he failed to notify me of this matter. Instead, when I failed to have my package delivered, I then reviewed the label (taking a picture and enlarging it so I'm able to read it). The font used is very small and incredibly difficult for me or others with vision issues to read (verifiable if you need to check). Needless to say, the initial money spent was wasted on an incredible amount of poor customer service. Rather, there was NO customer service. I'll rethink ever using UPS in the future and I'll never use the Speedway Indiana store again. If there was a rating lower than 1 Star, that's where my review would land. Went in to drop off my old and no longer needed Xfinity devices. It was pretty quick and easy. Tbh I was dreading it! I thought I would be in line for ever and have to go through some multi step checkout. I went in initially with one box because it was so heavy and asked the worker what all i needed and he said all he had to do was scan them and if i had labels. I've never had a GOOD experience here, at best the interaction will be curt but professional, but usually anything I ship from here ends up getting there fine, so I'm not one to complain. This time, though. Wow. So I shipped a package express, and the person who helped me helpfully corrected the address because the system said it should be "Loop" instead of "Street". Unfortunately, it should have been "Street" instead of "Loop". So the package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but was not, and since the person who helped me failed to put my phone number on the package (even though they asked for my phone number...) I was not informed of the failed delivery. I needed these documents back in my hands today, but instead I'll be getting them tomorrow AT BEST, and it's entirely due to screwups by the inattentive staff here. Rude I can deal with, but add rude and error-prone together and you earn yourself a review. read more

Came to this UPS store to get documents notarized. It was close to closing time but staff was helpful. I messed up on some documents and was able to use a computer at the store to print it out. It was 2 pages so the clerk didn't charge us which was nice. It was very close to closing time but the attendant still helped us out and notarized our documents, then sent them off since we had a ups label. This is a great UPS store! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I'm so glad we have a UPS store in Speedway which is convenient for many in Clermont area also. The UPS store is just minutes off of 465 West in the Marsh Strip Center. Not just for shipping, which they do very well, but they carry numerous sizes of boxes plus all kinds of packaging material. Sure you can find materials cheaper at other stores but occasionally that immediate need arises or your looking for quality packaging materials. Of course you can package at home and they'll ship. I left my wallet at this location after getting a POA letter notarized and later the staff/manager and " owner" refused to help me recover it by viewing the cameras. I had to file a police report. So far 0 stars if possible. Hopefully the speedway police will do my family justice. read more

Mom and pop shop- you'd think that meant the customer service and hospitality is on point, but you will be sorely mistaken. They are extremely rude and are quick to tell you they're unable to assist you if everything is not exactly set up the way it needs to be. Do NOT recommend this place.
