While their website is impressive their product is terrible. The sides of the bed collapse in places and the bed itself has a horrible smell. Our dog wouldn't have anything to do with it. We had seven neighbor small dogs and none of them would try it, they just sniffed and moved away. It would cost to much to send back so it was put in recycle. The bed doesn't deserve one star! I bought a gaming chair back in December 2024 and sent in a claim less than a week ago that the chair was leaning to one side. No questions asked, they sent me an e-gift card I could use to purchase another gaming chair. The price was considerably higher and they price matched what I had paid back in 2024. I would definitely purchase a warranty again seeing how quick and easy this was. Collin and the checkout cashier were so helpful and friendly and will always go back and give my business to Staples and this store in particular.

My suspicions is it was employee who knew it was a cell phone and took it! How else would someone come in with the tracking number and my ID to sign for it!

Did they assure me they knew what they were doing? Of course. I paid $98.08 to ship several items back to my home in California. That is alot of money folks. One of the items I shipped is a very fragile and valuable Boxer statue. It is a limited edition which has not been made in years. I questioned the gal over shipping it back to my home or just bringing it on the plane with me. They repeatedly assured me they do this for a living and my statue, and all other items, would be carefully packed. The box arrived several days later. Just a plain brown box and crushed on top. Looks like either someone sat on the box or put a very heavy object on it. But it is crushed. I opened the box and was happy to find lots of bubble wrap but no peanuts. I removed 7 lbs of various books, show catalogs and a framed picture. With hardly any cushion sat below my prized dog statue. BROKEN!!! The weight of the 7 lbs of books coupled with the crushed box top had broken the ears off my boxer dogs! I was devastated. Who puts 7 lbs of books on top of a fragile statue?? I told them over and over again it was valuable and fragile. 7 lbs of books........almost $100 paid to ship "safely".......the most important thing in the box is broken. Oh, and all the super light items were on the bottom. Of course. I have sent an email to the store and am trying to get an email to their corp office. I bought insurance but seriously.........you can't replace this hand crafted item. They are very sought after and collectible. That is why I bought it and tried to safely ship it.
