The wife and I had purchased a "Litter Robot" a little more than a year ago, when it suddenly stopped working. When I called the company's tech support, I was told that the warranty only covered the box for a year, and that they no longer refurbished or repaired boxes past warranty. The company stated I'd have to purchase a new one, at considerable cost. I refused to spend that much cash again so soon after its purchase, so I started calling around to multiple tech repair companies. About half of the companies I called never bothered to call back, and the other half stated they only worked on phones. Finally I got a response from Ryan of ZCR Technical Solutions, who stated that while he had never worked on a Litter Robot before, he was willing to take a look at it. While he was a little out of our way (Indianapolis to Martinsville), he was willing to travel to any location with a mileage cost. The wife and I chose to pass on having him drive to us, and instead decided to drive to him. I'm more than pleased that we decided to make the drive, as Ryan fixed the issue in a timely manner, and at what I considered to be a VERY reasonable cost. He was friendly, communicative, and kept us up to date on the progress. Aside from Litter Robots, he also works on phones, tablets, laptops, computers, gaming consoles, and more importantly vintage repairs (as long as he can get access to the replacement parts). Money is tight these days, and with the recession, it's only going to get tighter. If you have something you want fixed at a good price, I can't suggest calling him enough. Hello, I took my laptop to Flux Technologies Repair and they completely busted my $2K laptop. Soooo…read moresloppy and disorganized. I took my laptop in for a 1 TB upgrade where they cracked the case, broke the internal wifi antenna and gave me in hand the 1 TB part ordered and paid for for installation. On top of it all they did not honor their policies or word, nor replied to my financial institution regarding the dispute. I crapped out with Flux Tech Repair and its questionable employees and owner John. I never got my money back for the upgrade and now am stuck with a busted machine done by Flux who's employees quoted, we are done serving you after the 5th visit in a month to correct their error. They gave up! You know where they can go....! Then I had to take my laptop to Best Buy Geek Squad whom could not believe the mess of the laptop. Now I'm out another 1K to repair the damage Flux has caused. New 1 TB, Wifi Antenna and cracked case after service is my basis for legal action. Their located in the Camby Meijer Grocery store. Avoid if at all possible. Seek services in Mooresville, Plainfield and Avon for our area and not Camby Meijer's Flux Computer Repair. As one of my associates I would end there employment at Flux based on customer service, indecency . They are not effective communicating with their customers. When you call them, their voicemail box is full and you cannot leave a message. I had to call at least 5 times for them to pick up the phone, they might be short staffed. They had my switch for over 2 weeks and even when it was "completed", they still never gave me a call. I am very disappointed in their communication and customer service.

Then she visibly inspected my phone, most notably the charging port and screen. I asked if this was covered under warranty and was told yes. Zero cost pending water damage which they have to open up the phone to see. I arrived before 10. So did four other people. I knocked on door to have someone open it around 10:05. (Side note: They say open on Sunday but they are not). My turn came up...I told the other person working that I had an appointment. She found me. Looked at my phone, just the screen and said that this wouldn't be cover under warranty. I asked if she could ask and said no. Cost to fix was around $400. Four times visited, Sunday, but they are closed (hours say open). Monday, I was told I need a claim (found out I didn't). Thursday, phone is covered under warranty. Saturday, phone isn't covered under warranty. One thing for sure. I'm not going back.

They fix all types of cell phone, tablets, and computers. Not only do they fixed cracked screens, they sell used/refurbished products as well. They also do general repairs like battery replacements, fixes charging port or software/boot up issues. The shop is kind of tucked away in a small strip mall, but not too hard to find. They were very responsive to my request and needs. I called an asked them how much it would cost and they gave me a straight forward answer. The man working the counter was very friendly and helpful. My kids iPad was as good as new and now has a new life. Having two young kids, I am sure that this will not be the last time that I will need a screen repaired.
