I bought a gaming chair back in December 2024 and sent in a claim less than a week ago that the chair was leaning to one side. No questions asked, they sent me an e-gift card I could use to purchase another gaming chair. The price was considerably higher and they price matched what I had paid back in 2024. I would definitely purchase a warranty again seeing how quick and easy this was. Collin and the checkout cashier were so helpful and friendly and will always go back and give my business to Staples and this store in particular.
