Stopped by The UPS Store and had a really great experience. I was in and out quickly, which is always the goal, but what made it stand out was the service. The young man (Mason) who helped me had long hair, glasses, black painted nails, he was outstanding. Super polite, very helpful, and genuinely made the whole process easy and stress-free. It's not always you remember a quick errand like this, but great customer service (thanks, Mason) makes a difference. He had a great attitude, knew exactly what he was doing, and kept things moving efficiently. If this is your local UPS Store, you're in good hands. I'll definitely be back. Minus one star for having to pay $1.00 for the use of minimal tape, so much for extra service - not the fault of the individual who helped me, he was just going his job. read more

POV: You run a small business so you practically live at United Parcel Service on Warner Avenue now. But honestly... BEST. TEAM. EVER. Not only are they fast, helpful, and ridiculously nice, they treat you like VIP even when you walk in looking like you haven't slept because... small business life. And the real VIP? My dog Cotton. She doesn't think we're "dropping off parcels." She thinks we're going to visit her fan club. At this point I'm convinced she believes UPS stands for: Unlimited Pets & Snacks. I have been to several UPS stores and I highly recommend against getting any Notary services done at this site. Furthermore, employees are very standoffish and snobbish. I went in to have a document notarized but was told they couldn't do it until Monday. But I do recall one employee that was present who actually notarized my document. I guess they don't want my business. I highly recommend against this location. If I could only give less than 1 star, I would. read more

I have been going to this UPS store for more than 10 years, everybody in that store is so quick & efficient and super super friendly. They all make me feel important and they remember my first name and they always greet you when you first walked in and call you by your first name. That is super excellent customer service!! Just stoped by the UPS store to drop off a return for Amazon. I was just informed they would charge me a dollar to put one piece of tape across the top of the box, so I paid my dollar and told them I would never return to this store location again and from now on, I'll be going to the other UPS store in the Trader Joe's parking lot at the other end of the street. read more

This review isn't going to make any difference and I would give zero stars if I could . Beware of the young women with black and blonde hair at this store unless you want to be intentionally messed with. I shipped an item today and she purposely spelt my name wrong on a shipping label after I slept my name three different times. She tapped any letter on the keyboard and was intentionally messing with me. While I remained calm, this was frustrating. The store was not busy and I don't know what prompted this rude behavior but I'm done shipping or returning anything here ever again. I used to use this place often when it was located on the other side of Stater Bros and the service was nothing like this. It's sad but thankfully there are other places to ship items. If you were having a bad day, cool, don't take it out on your customers. And just an FYI, my niece with special needs was receiving this package and she can't read well, so if my name is spelt wrong she will have to be told and ruins the surprise of it all. QR code return. Box tape busted during the drive. Most UPS stores would tape it for you free of charge. Cashier coldly said it'll be $1 to tape it. Hardly anybody will haul a giant package home over $1, but this store more than earned this review. read more

Very combative clerk when returning Amazon items who seemed clueless into the process

Customer service was fine, but the prices were atrocious. It costed $72 for 9 boxes. Insane.

WOW! What service! Even tho they now have Kiosk for returns to Amazon, they are still so helpful, I have been going there from day one, felt like I have known them my entire life! I drive them crazy, buy they are just so wonderfu. l I had to go to a UPS on the other side of town and was miserable, fax was down, had to wait in my car for 25 minutes because they had a paper jam, no aplogies, when they were ready , I asked them to let me know or wave me in they looked at me like I was crazy! NOT A SOUL WAS IN THERE! I was parked right in front too! The attitude was so bad, no wonder they were not busy! I brought three Amazon returns to this UPS Store today. Amazon's return instructions said the UPS store would package them in a shipping box at no cost to me. Because I still had the Amazon shipping boxes, I decided to bring them along to make it easier for the UPS Store, taping one of them closed, and leaving the other two open to help match the QR codes to two very similar items. The tubby Asian woman with glasses said it would cost me $2 to tape the two open boxes closed. I told her the Amazon instructions said the UPS Store was to package the items for return shipping at no cost to me, and her rep-lie, accompanied by awful breath (as if she was literally talking out of her anus), was that it was up to me to package all of the items, and reiterated the $1/package tape charge. I asked her "doesn't Amazon pay this store to process their returns?", and she answered, "only a little". Well, she made her last "only a little" from me for my one sealed package, and I took the other two to the UPS store at Edinger and Springdale, which is managed by a very friendly man who thanked me for the business and told me he would seal my packages before they shipped (without me asking). Edinger/Springdale is my new UPS Store of choice. read more

The wait was ridiculous and you're honestly better off going to the UPS store off Beach Blvd and Edinger Ave. The elder lady at the counter named Asia Young is the notary and manager at this location and is completely incompetent, rude, condescending and extremely aggressive. I contacted UPS corp to file a complaint and was informed this location is a privately owned and operated store with multiple existing complaints. Went to drop off an Amazon return. Still in the original Amazon shipping box. Christopher said that will be $1.00 to tape the box. Is this new? If I wanted to find the tape I would have had UPS pick it up at the house for free. They have always taped them for me before, and he was snotty about it. The only UPS store I've been to that charges you to print out shipping labels and tape. I've asked for a few printouts and they came out faded. I asked the rep to reprint it and she said they looked fine because they will most likely come out the same way. I had to point out that there were faded spots all l over the pages and asked if she had another printer which she responded is being occupied. I asked for how long and she said she doesn't know. When I told her to ask, she didn't ask but reprinted it with horrible attitude. Now that everything looked fine, I paid. I hate liars and this place was really unprofessional. read more

Probably THE UNFRIENDLIEST UPS location I have ever been to. The Asian lady at the counter was so RUDE and SNAPPY. Brought back some returns for Amazon. She seemed so annoyed. Didn't know that large items needed to be in boxes. Just explain it without being so rude. Next I had to do the live scan. On my app it said my birthplace was Korea. The B had the nerve to ask me if I was a US citizen. Um, here's my DL, clearly I don't have an accent when I speak and my kid is blonde. This was just so incredibly RUDE! I just want to say I've dropped packages off here several times and have never had a problem. The lady who takes my packages is always very kind, courteous and gives me a receipt. I don't understand why people give this place bad reviews because they show up with unprepared packages, nothing is free people. Tape and packing supplies cost time and money, just make sure your packages are properly boxed, taped and labeled, if they aren't then yes those things cost money. read more

The ONLY UPS that charges to put items in a bag. Amazon says rotten with no packaging needed. Amazon needs to revoke this store. If you message Amazon they'll refund you the packaging charge from this store. It'll flah the store for future issues as well.
