Sarah at this UPS location is so kind. She went out of her way to help me with all of these dresses I had to return today. Had to return like 30 dresses. She saw that I was overwhelmed with a bunch of boxes and dresses and she stepped aside and unpacked and repacked all of the million dresses with me and helped me fit them all into one big box and just organize everything. She took time to help me that she didn't have to take and her kindness and patience literally made my day. She was sooo sweet. I also let her know I was pregnant when we were talking so she carried the heavy box for me to the register. read more

This UPS Center is disgusting. There was a mother with two children, one of her children was having a crisis clearly visible. The mother was saying in Spanish he is autistic but no one understood her. I stood up For the mother and the owner decided to kick me out because I simply stated loudly that we could all grant her some grace. read more

There are UPS and downs. This is one of the UPS. These stores are just too expensive, but this one is pleasant enough and friendly enough, and for that I am grateful. It's located in Oak Forest, which in my opinion is not always the friendliest area, so that's a good thing. read more

Came to drop off a package here instead of my usual 19th St UPS due to some other errands in the area. This location is easy to get to with lots of parking, even over lunch when the lot was busy it was still easy to navigate. Once inside I noticed how clean and well-maintained the store was; no clutter, efficient line management, very clear where you need to go to do what, good signage, etc. I waited for a few minutes to drop off my pre-printed and packaged item so I could get a receipt and both attendants were efficient and friendly. I will be back if I am ever running errands in the area again! read more

I rarely use UPS, but for some reason I used them and particularly this location for some important immigration documents. They lost my package which had a check of $410, my SSN and other details. I raised an Investigation request, they couldn't find the package. So, I asked them (Sara) to put a note to return the package if it was ever found. After a month, I sent another application to USCIS with another check of $410, this time to Fedex and it arrived as expected, USCIS started the processing. After 2 months, UPS suddenly found my 1st package and instead of returning to sender (me), they delivered it to USCIS. Once again, USCIS started the processing and processed the check of $410 again. So, now; I've paid $410 extra and got delayed by more than a month, all because of the absolute horrible service of UPS. I will NEVER step in another UPS in my life and encourage you not to as well. read more

They have no idea what they are doing. I had an UPS box with a prepaid label. Every other time I Have one of these, the other UPS stores simply scan it and give me a receipt. This place spent a few minutes on the computer and then asked me for an account number. I kept telling them it was a preapaid label, that it was already paid for and just needed to be scanned and shipped. They wanted to create an account for me and wanted me to pay for the shipping. Again, I said it was a prepaid label. Then they started to try to open the box and pull the receiver out so they could put it in another UPS box. I just grabbed the box and walked out and went to the one on 19th and it took 20 seconds. read more

If asked to pack and ship something for you, tel hey will choose the biggest box possible and not give you a choice... they just start packing and taping and then tell you the price afterwards. I will never go back. read more

I needed one form to be notarized and the way it printed, split the form to be printed on 2 pages. I called yesterday and they said they charge $6 for a form to be notarized. Today they charged me $12 because of the way it printed. One page needed a signature and the other needed to be notarized. She disagreed and said it was 2 forms. What a way to take advantage of your customers. I'm looking at another review they make a habit of taking advantage. Not friendly. read more

Just went here to scan a one page letter. Their black and white printer left a line on the scan. The employee stated that she knows this to be a problem and tells me I should try to color scanner which worked fine. The problem was they charged me for two scans instead of one (including the scan with the line going through it) do I ended up paying almost $4 to scan a one page letter. It's ridiculous that I have to pay extra because of their damaged equipment. Won't be back. read more

*****DONT DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGES WITH PREPAID LABELS HERE******* ****THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!!!*** I walked in here to drop off a PREPAID package. I sat down at the computer to print my PREPAID label. Then I walked up to the counter with my printed label, and the girl charges me $3.50!!!!! I unknowingly printed my label which cost me $1.99 for computer use, while the girl sat there and watched me do it, then I get to the counter and she apparently has to print her own version of the label and charges me another $1 for it!!!!! These guys are crooks!!! I was the biggest advocate for UPS but I'm absolutely done now. That's some foul play if I've ever seen it. Thought you were one of the good ones, UPS! Totally shocking to see how these people treat customers who don't have a mask on after the mask mandate has been lifted in TX. I witnessed them yell at two people in the 5 minutes I was inside.
