I came to send an express package to a PO Box which required a signature. I regret to say that the highly apathetic clerk had a tendency to mumble and it was very difficult to understand her. She said the word "recipient" in a way that made me think she was referring to the return address to which I would have expected a return receipt. When asking to verify the shipping label, I had to correct the spelling of my name TWICE. She could also have been more proactive from the beginning to let me know that UPS does not offer signature confirmation to PO Boxes. If she had done so, then I would not have had to waste a full ten minutes of my time for a transaction that would have been impossible to complete. But then again, the previous issues greatly undermined her credibility. I mean, surely she knows that express packages generally presume a certain level of anxiety on the part of the customer due to existing underlying circumstances, so it is in her interest to ensure that she can actually fulfill a customer's requirements before having to cancel a transaction at the payment screen with a better response than "You didn't ask me for that service," as this person said. Technically that was true, but it is surely a service which does not come as a total surprise? read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. After today, I will no longer use this location no matter how close they are to me. The staff there have no customer service skills at all. They're rude and apparently hate life. Previous times I've been there, there's always something they have to say no to. And they love telling you no with attitude. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!! RUDE, INCOMPETENT CLERKS. DENIED REASONABLE REQUEST RO VERIFY THE PACKAGE BEING SIGNED FOR. Users of this store are NOT ALLOWED to verify WHICH package(s) they are signing for. Kausar Ali, the store owner, thinks we should be fine signing for packages without verifying which package we are signing for, as I'm sure he does everyday in his life...NOT. I've had a package go missing and all they can tell me is the have a video of me picking up a "white box". FURTHERMORE, I went for a pickup yesterday and was told to sign. The sign pad said 4 packages while I had only 3 in front of me. I pointed this out to Ashley, the clerk, and she changed it to 3 but could not find the 4th package until she consulted the other clerk, Kiesha when she arrived at work. This made me quite nervous as I receive packages with contents valued at THOUSANDs of dollars. So I asked her to help me verify exactly which package I was signing for. She had NO IDEA how to make that happen!! She was quite rude and told me if I wanted to be able to verify my packages I'd have to take my business to a different UPS store. Once Kiesha got to work with the shared neuron, I received a call that they figured out how to verify what packages I would be signing for. But, no! When I returned, Kiesha now had an attitude about assisting me in verifying my packages and told me "not with me you're not". To my disappointment, the owner was unapologetically fine with his employees' inattention to detail which allowed the problem in the first place, as well as their contemptuous interaction with a customer of over 10 years. He refused to assist me in putting a system in place where packages can be verified by the recipient. He told me no one else has a problem signing blindly so neither should I. Rather than honoring a reasonable request, he is fine having me take my business elsewhere. read more

I used this location to pickup a package several months back. Per UPS website, this is supposed to be a free service. They held my package hostage for a $5 storage fee even though I picked it up the same day. I told them about the website and they said that didn't matter, the charge was valid. I asked to speak to the manager and she became belligerent when I told her I would escalate. I spoke to the owner a few days later and he could have cared less. Don't let them hold your package hostage! read more

If you have a ton of stuff to ship, but no time to bubble wrap, box and address everything where do you turn? The UPS store. This was the predicament I found myself in six days before Christmas, and the UPS store managed to take care of everything. This location appears to be a family run franchise, and everyone there is very friendly and helpful. They were definitely trying as hard as they could. I went in there at 5PM six days before Christmas and they had me out of there in about ten minutes. I handed them the presents, and explained that one of them was a giant framed picture. They weighed everything, and told me how much it would cost. I did not have to wait around for them to box everything which is nice. That wait used to be very boring. Do not get me wrong, this service is expensive. It cost me $96 all in. The way I figure is that if I had done it all myself I would have saved about $30, but I would have been having to drive around finding boxes, trying to pack everything myself, and then standing in line at the post office. Was the added convenience worth the $30? Every penny. read more

Hands down, BEST POST OFFICE I've been to. I took the time to research few locations before choosing this one. With my busy schedule, I needed a location that would allow me to just stop and go. I've been to several, and I've never experience service as great as the staff at this one. I rented a mail box for 3 months during my temporarily living situation. It was so simple. The staff made the procedure smooth and easy, and they were exceptionally informative with different options to choose from. Recently during Christmas of 2013 I had ordered a couple of large items and had it sent here for pickup. I had a little issue with the delivery because of my mistake, but the staff who was there gave me simple instructions on how I could resolve it. My packages arrived the next day. Also I had forgot to turn my keys in when my term was done because I went out of town for the holidays. When I called & let the staff know I was going to be two days late, they simply let me turn it in the next time I came back in town without any late fee charges. I've seen the owner (Kausar) there about 95% of my visits, and I came about every other week to check on my mail. He's real patient and takes the time to listen. It shows through his employees how well he manages his store as well as care about his customers because all the other staff are just as servicing and friendly as him. I'd recommend this store for the quality service. read more
