    Like many other legit reviews that are obscured by all the fake ones posted by the company. Don't…read morebelieve a word. PlasticPrinters.com is an out and out scam. I placed an order for plastic cards. Amex charged. When the shipment did not arrive on time, I tried to contact the company. It is impossible to contact Plastic Printers. Their phones are outsourced to a call center. There is no customer service department - if you look on LinkedIn, not a single person in customer service. There is nobody to email. I have left 5 messages with the answering service, two on the CEO's cell phone. No response. No refund. No product. Next step is to charge back with Amex and report this unethical company to the BBB. If you read the negative reviews on Google and here, you will see what I am talking about. They take your money and run.

I left a kind message asking for transparency in so many words, and I never heard back. About 15 days later I reached out, got sent to voicemail, but this time I firmly asked for transparency and explained that what they've been doing is unprofessional. They then finally responded to my firmer voicemail claiming that I was being unprofessional and impatient. The lack of transparency was a clear sign enough that the job was not worth obtaining for me, but the hypocrisy presented to me before even getting in the door was very eye opening.
