Seems like may he - above all the employees in that store - should know that.... especially since he immediately asked me to remove all my returned items from their boxes (so clearly, he was aware of Happy Returns' protocols). Once he realized that he made the mistake, he just shrugged and mumbled out a "sorry" and then shouted for the next person to in-line. Whatever your expectations are - lower them. I will now have to fight with the retailer in order to get another return label generated before I may return the remainder of my items. Frustrating!
