They managed to get the spots out AND meet my deadlines. There was no wait to drop off or pick up which was also nice if you're in a hurry. Service was friendly. I have no complains

Why would I want this on my shirt if I wear them out? Why would I pay for this? At my request they put a note on my account for no clamps, which really means all they are doing is a clamping them and then ironing out the clamp mark, and it still looks like crap. I still had to check every shirt I get out of this place for clamp marks, and 50% over 30 shirts had this problem. Needless to say, I'm looking to take my business elsewhere, starting today. Further, I've noticed the left buttons on my shirt sleeves seem to be missing or loosened and ready to come off. Today I found damage on the left side of one cuff. Their presser clearly sucks at his job and somehow is screwing up the left cuff on every press. One shirt even had the button replaced...with a button that was far too big for the hole and not even matching. wtf. This place is horrible, does a consistently terrible job and is very expensive.
