I could tell right off the bat she dislikes her job very much based off her attitude and tone of voice. Unfortunately she weighed them and told me it wouldn't be until 6 days later all my laundry would be done. Not a huge deal but I thought it was a little crazy a laundry place takes a week to do laundry but that's just me. tried something new to help myself out and unfortunately it didn't go as planned. I said I will have to take my items back due to the wait and she didn't explain anything as to why the wait was so long other than the days they are closed. she quietly brought up and stuff and didn't say anything. Very very strange interaction for a first time service and i most certainly will not be back to any locations. I work in the service industry myself and this was a very low tier attempt at good service.

One of them was significantly lighter than the other after ten days of management, not returning my calls and argument back and forth, they agreed to refund my $166 cleaning fee. When I got the drapes home, I expected the lighter one to no longer match the set, but both panels still had multiple stains on them. The lighter panel, it was about 8 inches shorter than the rest of the set the panel that is the correct color it has multiple stains like it wasn't cleaned. And it's missing the grommet off the top.

I went to this location after looking at reviews for other locations. I agree with the others. Service was quick and friendly. I dropped off on a Thursday or Friday and was able to pick up on Monday (9/2025). Trousers appear to be clean and pressed just fine. I was emailed and texted when they were ready. The location was in a strip mall and was easy to find with ample parking. There was handicap parking right out front. The cost for one pair of trousers was $13.66.

I had a white faux fur coat that had gotten black hair spray residue from a cruella devil costume on the collar - and needed it cleaned in a short turn around for a formal event.
