I went in there stressing and she walked me through like a real professional through the steps she needs to take to fix my suit jacket. It looked 10x better than how I received it "tailored" for the black tux. Super reasonable cost as well for same day alterations! She gave me a solid timeline for when it would be done and she stuck to her word, at 6:30 she called me like she said she would and told me it was ready for pickup. The jacket couldn't have fit any better than Cinderella's slipper! Perfect match on my body and really boosted my confidence and made me feel less stressed about my wedding day (next day) 10/10 recommend Goy should be given a bonus and some PTO for her work

Irina is not necessarily the chattiest of people, but I don't think English is her first language, so it's important to be considerate of that when going in to her shop. Also, I was able to get in without making an appointment and within in hour of her shop closing, which she was very accommodating of!! The one thing I will say is that her work can be a little expensive depending on what you need done, but it's worth it for the outcome of the garment and considering she is a small business that does all of the work herself. I would highly recommend!!

The two I could use, same size... one didn't give me the extra rinse I paid for and fished 13 minutes sooner than the other one that did do the extra rinse. I don't even like bashing older people, but she literally scammed me and yelled at me when I tried to talk to her. She charged me a new fee everytime I came in for a fitting. Sy was so rude I showed her our text messages when I was supposed to pick it up I came a week later and the dress was being held together by safety pins. When I asked if I can come back later that day for it she said no you need to come back next week. I got the dress a month late, i already got engaged at this point im just picking it up. I was supposed to pay $195 minus the rush fee which she said she agreed to in the end and she somehow charged me $250 basically including the rush fee. I am a seamstress and I would never charge that high to literally just drop the neckline on a ready made dress. Just horrible!!
