While sometimes I feel like I get charged for strange things, while other times those charges don't exist, I'm never unhappy with the result. Colors are accurate, the cutting is precise, and everything is packaged up neatly ready to use at my events. On my most recent visit, Brie was very helpful. She let me know how I could be served even faster in the future through their website, and could avoid a couple of the fees on the receipt through that avenue as well. Regardless, she was friendly as we waited on prints and not only kept on task with what she was doing for me, but assisted other customers instead of waiting by the printer. I believe they are taking Covid-19 precautions seriously as the staff I've seen are always wearing masks, they have hand sanitizer on the counter for customers' use, and ask everyone to stand at least 6 feet a part. Not that the social distancing thing needs to be enforced too heavily there- there's generally only one person in at at time besides the employees.
