My overnight envelope from High Point to Myrtle Beach that was due to arrive Friday, arrive the…read morefollowing TUESDAY! FedEx coded the late delivery Service Failure - refund denied - weather delay - thunderstorms! Lies! The weather was hot and sunny both ways the entire weekend - I stayed plugged in. No one wants to come to work nor work at work. Fedex has major turnover because they do not 'qualify' their hires. Customer when I called - RUDE!!!!! I will NEVER use FEDEX again!!!! $50 WASTED!!!!

I have come here several times in the last month or two having to ship things for work purposes. I…read morenoticed there's a review that isn't too positive and I can't seem to figure out why because I've always had a pleasant experience here. Each time I come in, the employees are kind and greet me when I walk in. They help me choose which shipping options are best for me, they are clear on pricing and walked me through how to track my package with the code on the receipt. I believe they are taking Covid-19 precautions seriously as the staff I've seen are always wearing masks, they have hand sanitizer on the counter for customers' use, and ask everyone to stand at least 6 feet a part. Not that the social distancing thing needs to be enforced too heavily there- there's generally only one person in at at time besides the employees. This FedEx Office is in a convenient location being in the Palladium and has plenty of parking out front. Still scratching my head trying to figure out why the rating is so low! Maybe it's just the Covid times.. or the fact that this location only has 3 reviews.

Unprofessional, Disrespectful and Confusing Service…read more I was given a price quote of $30 each for my two comforters when I dropped them off, but when my husband went to pick them up, he was charged $42 each--an unexpected $24 increase--without any prior notice. When I called to inquire about the discrepancy, the owner (the wife) responded rudely and initially refused to honor the original quote. She eventually agreed to issue a refund, but the process was unpleasant. During the refund, I was spoken to in a disrespectful manner by the husband and told that I had failed to mention the comforters were down and queen-sized, and that I had said they were full. The husband--who was present when I dropped them off--claimed that I hadn't "told the truth" and that this was the reason for the price adjustment after I had left. In reality, I clearly stated that they were down and full/queen size, which is how most comforters are labeled. When I attempted to show him the receipt for the same comforter they had cleaned for me just a few days earlier, he refused to look at it and said he didn't want to hear my explanation. Besides, at no point was I informed of any price change until pickup. Overall, the experience was disrespectful, disorganized, and unprofessional.

This has long been my go to spot for shipping returns back to Amazon. The location is convenient…read moreto my home, usually easy to get in and out quickly, and customer service was usually very good. Unfortunately, I had a pretty bad/questionable experience on a recent return drop off. I arrived, and there was no one behind the counter that I could see. What I did see though, was a mountain of returns behind the counter. Eventually, after a few minutes, someone came meandering out from the back. I jokinginly said to the guy "it looks like you've been busy with returns", which he aknowledged, and told me their system has been down, so the returns have been piling up until it's back online. I asked how long it had been, and he wasn't sure, could only tell me a several days....there must have been over 100 packages piled up waiting to go back to Amazon. Not really knowing what he meant by the "system is down", I asked if I should take my package elsewhere. He said, no, he could provide a receipt, and it would get there "eventually". I let him scan my package, and he provided me a receipt, a receipt, which litterally had no information on it. It litterlally listed the nubmer of packages as 0, weight N/A, no description, no information about what I was returning at all. I asked him about this, and he said that's standard, that's how the receipt always looks. I left, got out to the car and looked at the receipt a little more, and noticed, it literally says "This receipt lists each package received by the UPS Store", which it clearly did not. I went back in, and again had to wait for the guy doing god knows what in the back. It was only minutes later, and he had no idea who I was, clearly stoned out of his mind. I asked for my package back, which as on the top of the pile, yet it took me having to point and guide him with "hot/cold" to get it back. I'm not sure what's going on in this store, and their "system being down", I sure hope everyone that left their packages there got a refund, but I wasn't willing to take that gamble. Do better guys!

Do NOT ship from here unless you are prepared to read EVERY tiny detail on their point of sale …read more.. their cashiers are honestly amazing!!! BUT HUMAN! Made an error... ultimately cost me $106 in shipping and $250 in goods! I went into the store... the staff owned their mistake... management (Matt) said because I signed the little kiosk (I did... but because like all of us.. believed it said what we spoke about and what I paid for).. he said .. basically .. "sucks to be you! You shoulda read the fine print". I will NEVER step foot in this store again... EVER!
