Each time I come in, the employees are kind and greet me when I walk in. They help me choose which shipping options are best for me, they are clear on pricing and walked me through how to track my package with the code on the receipt. I believe they are taking Covid-19 precautions seriously as the staff I've seen are always wearing masks, they have hand sanitizer on the counter for customers' use, and ask everyone to stand at least 6 feet a part. Not that the social distancing thing needs to be enforced too heavily there- there's generally only one person in at at time besides the employees. This FedEx Office is in a convenient location being in the Palladium and has plenty of parking out front. Still scratching my head trying to figure out why the rating is so low!
