Wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt based on previous reviews and support local…read more The quality of the print is superb but the customer service and integrity of the company is lacking by far. We placed a small order for our small business. We were told the cost and agreed upon it prior to print. Went to pick up prints and was charged 3x the amount. Addressed to owner that was not what was agreed upon and owner could care less. Tried to give the owner the opportunity to make it right but he told me we could discuss this all night but he wasn't going to change his price to reflect what he originally quoted. So sad and unfortunate. Will be praying for his heart and attitude toward his customers to change.

I called Phyllis and asked her to hem them to the same length. She said she could and to drop them off. As other reviewers noted, Phyllis works out of a studio next to her home. The address listed is to her home and is rather easy to find. I arrived and she was outside and greeted me. I showed her the curtains and she took my name and number. She said she would call me when they were done and provide a cost at that time. The price for the alterations was very reasonable and made my West Elm purchase 100% worth it! The curtains are hanging in my office and they are just the right length. A great experience with Phyllis' Alterations and I will be back!
