He took my phone and printed the PRE-PAID label and said that will be $8.78. I asked him why if it was a pre paid label...He said "I have to make money too." That's all well and good, I said, but you should have told me beforehand. I said I will find someone to print it for me. He said I should have asked...Seriously?!
