They are a 24/7 service, so they can fit into your schedule. We required a Saturday due to our work schedules. At the last minute, our underwriting wasn't going to be completed on time. I called David, he completely understood and rescheduled us for the following Saturday at 3:30 pm. Finding out Friday my husband had to work OT on Saturday, I had to reschedule for 5:00 pm. David's response, "No problem, if anything changes, let me know." David showed up right on time and called 10 minutes prior to arrival. He was super knowledgeable on the paperwork.
