They are a 24/7 service, so they can fit into your schedule. We required a Saturday due to our work schedules. At the last minute, our underwriting wasn't going to be completed on time. I called David, he completely understood and rescheduled us for the following Saturday at 3:30 pm. Finding out Friday my husband had to work OT on Saturday, I had to reschedule for 5:00 pm. David's response, "No problem, if anything changes, let me know." David showed up right on time and called 10 minutes prior to arrival. He was super knowledgeable on the paperwork. We placed a small order for our small business. We were told the cost and agreed upon it prior to print. Went to pick up prints and was charged 3x the amount. Addressed to owner that was not what was agreed upon and owner could care less. Tried to give the owner the opportunity to make it right but he told me we could discuss this all night but he wasn't going to change his price to reflect what he originally quoted. So sad and unfortunate. Will be praying for his heart and attitude toward his customers to change.

They were triple bubble wrapped and also wrapped withh other packing material and nothing else was in the box with them. There was too much damage to write here.
