He admitted he didn't do it that copies fr emails needed to be opened in a computer. i explained we had meeting with lawyer today & needed them. No response. never called to tell us he didn't do job. no apology. Nothing. I have to reschedule appt with lawyer because I don't have documents he said he could print off. Maybe they do good work for friends but I will tell everyone I know to never use them & the terrible customer service they have. Don't use them!!

But Sevier Blumen always offers flowers that are really high quality and absolutely stunning. They grow specialty cut flowers for the farmers market, local stores, florists, events, and weddings. Since they grow all of their own flowers, they change with the seasons and really reflect whatever colors are in season. They also last longer because they don't cut their flowers until the moment that they are needed. They believe in growing sustainable flowers without the use of chemicals, which I really appreciate! And if that doesn't make them cool enough, they also donate unused flowers from the markets to the Random Acts of Flowers. I always look forward to stopping by their booth at the Farmer's Market and picking up beautiful flowers for the week that I know are going to last. They are always so sweet and friendly and happy to talk about their flowers.

We placed a small order for our small business. We were told the cost and agreed upon it prior to print. Went to pick up prints and was charged 3x the amount. Addressed to owner that was not what was agreed upon and owner could care less. Tried to give the owner the opportunity to make it right but he told me we could discuss this all night but he wasn't going to change his price to reflect what he originally quoted. So sad and unfortunate. Will be praying for his heart and attitude toward his customers to change.
