There were two technicians looked at the old dishwasher and told me that I would need to have the hardwood in the kitchen removed before they could pull out the dishwasher and that the installation would need to be rescheduled. I took it upon myself to remove the legs of the old dishwasher and begin to pull it out myself. They called their dispatcher who told them that the installation would need to be rescheduled because they had to make other deliveries. I called and left multiple voicemails over a 2-day period to have my old dishwasher picked up but did not receive any calls back.

Whole day wasted waiting on them to show up. The secretary called at the last second at the end of her day trying to reschedule. And she didn't even offer an explanation as to why the delivery wasn't made. We had a cell number for the truck. They kept sending it to voicemail. So frustrating!! Boyfriend took another day off Friday. He's scheduled for a heart procedure this week. And as the delivery was being made they wouldn't bring anything of those heavy boxes into the house. He was having to pull 10 boxes into the house with no help. I understand if the homeowner isn't home then yes leave it outside on the porch but if the homeowner says please help me get these boxes in then they should despite anything else. And I'm thinking about sending the hospital bills to RAS because I ended up taking bf to the hospital thinking he was having a heart attack. Just so pissed!!

There was one woman using the machine at the time. After several minutes, she turned to me and informed me I would be there a while. It was then that I noticed the two very large bags on the floor full of packages next to her. By this time there were approximately 10 people waiting in line to see the two attendants at the front counter. My complaint to management is that this one person was allowed to occupy the only self-service area (meant to be a convenience to those with a simple return) while others had to wait in a very long line to be served. Using the self-service area has always been a quick and expedient way to return a package and it is used by many people because of the convenience of it. To deter such misuse and be fair to other customers, my suggestion to management would be to limit the number of items allowed using this self-service area,

I used to think that FedEx was one of the best run businesses in the United States. I regret to…read morereport that they are insistent on putting their sales out of business because of stupid policies, horrible hiring practices and customer service agents that can't speak English. I'm sure that Mr Smith is rolling over in his grave seeing all the changes better being made after he passed away. At one point in time, FedEx was way ahead of the rest of the delivery companies by having an app that would actually track the delivery truck a package was on. But, I guess that didn't work out too good because it got discontinued. I've had nothing but problems from FedEx over the past year. Missed deliveries, late deliveries (some as much as three or four days late), with very flimsy excuses. It seems to me that they're nice tight delivery system that put them so far ahead of everyone else, has cracked and nobody knows how to put it back together again. I would not recommend FedEx for any package delivery if there's another company available. Even the USPS seems to be doing a better job these days than FedEx.
