They lost one of the straps to a hand-sewn Viking dress, and several of the buttons from two my sleeves. Each sleeve has 16 buttons; each one of them are hand cast pewter - they lost several of those, too. When I called to talk to them about it after the initial person put down the phone, I could hear them talking in the background and laughing and saying I was one of the "let me talk to the manager" kinds of people. On the contrary, I was being exceptionally polite, considering that these garments were meticulously researched, and all of them hand sewn. I was simply asking if they could look for the things that they lost. I met with a snotty attitude and no return phone calls. I seriously doubt they spent one minute looking for anything. Now I'm going to have to pay to replace the trim around the tops and bottom hemlines of my Viking dresses, and buy and re-sew 32 new hand-cast pewter buttons (the others are out of circulation, so it's going to have to be a new design) on the sleeves of 14th century French dress, because they were careless and too lazy to be bothered by a customer's request that they try to help fix what they screwed up. I'll never go back.

Then they take clothing after a year but it's hadnt been a year so then it was 6 months then he changed it a couple more times could tell me nothing except lie after lie and nothing made any sense! And said he doesn't ever make any mistake or give the wrong person or miss label it or have one piece of clothing in his whole entire mislabeled. I would've felt much better if people would've actually admitted that it went and looked versus because obviously things get mislabeled and misplaced etc., but to admit zero mistakes zero fault is absurd then when I asked if a backup system if the computer system goes down, he said, yeah I said what is it but couldn't tell me he didn't have to tell me OK that's fine but I highly doubt you have any kind of backup system. His coding racks are not even he has to get rid of clothes after six probably get some profit off of them which is illegal and the fact you think I need to be compensated for and still try to seek compensation based on laws and not let him get away with this! And of course, when I went back 20 minutes later after reading laws and going through all of this, he was suddenly gone and nowhere to be found and when they went to look for him yes they said just a minute he was on lunch there but he was on lunch. but he didn't call me back. That place is full of lies. Do not go there! I suggest everyone else to never go to them and go to Washington as they've have a tracking system.

Brought three tablecloths here and was given a time estimate of a week for completion. She said she wasn't sure and that it would be based on measurement and couldn't give me a rough idea. This made me a bit uneasy, as the items were for work and I needed to make sure the costs fit within my allotted budget. My items were supposed to be available for pickup on Friday, but I did not know they outsource the service and one tablecloth was still in transit. I do wish someone had called to inform me of the delay. On Monday, I went back to pick up the items and the worker was very friendly. The costs were pricey but not as bad as I imagined. It was about $20 per tablecloth, totaling $60. They were all nicely cleaned and pressed and of course, wrapped and hung on hangers. I did like ease of using the drop-off receipt to look up the order upon pick-up, too. Overall, happy with the finished product but hoped for better communication and clarity of pricing.

It looked like they…read morehad washed it with dark colors instead of dry cleaning it, because it came back to me more wrinkled than when I dropped it off. The navy chiffon dress that I took to have a small tear repaired at the waistline seam was ruined as well. Rather than going to the inside of the dress and sewing the tear so that it would be undetectable, they stitched it on the front with multi zig-zag machine stiches across the tear!!! It looked worse than ever. The lady at the counter had no idea why I was upset over my $200. dress....nor did she offer to call the manager by phone or make any offer at all. I am going to see the manager this morning...and will return to report on how they respond to my complaint.
