He immediately said he wasn't taking any orders because he was too busy with prom season. I didn't even say when I needed the pants by. There was no rush. I just needed them before 5/16 (a month later). He was incredibly rude and unwelcoming.I advised my son to tell his entire fraternity at UTK to NOT use this place for alterations. It's okay because we found a wonderful alteration place in Farragut.
