It's a bit pricy but for us it's well worth the money. These guys worked their butt off hauling heavy furniture and totes and nothing was damaged. They work quickly and efficiently. They allowed me to tell them exactly where I wanted the items and they put everything where I wanted. Took the furniture apart and put it back together correctly. During the move, they damaged my washer that was in great condition, making it unusable. I was forced to completely replace it out of pocket. I filed a damage claim and they reimbursed less than 10% of the replacement cost, which is unacceptable. They also broke my treadmill. On top of the damages, the crew was unprofessional with poor attitudes throughout the move, which added unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, the final cost was more than DOUBLE the original quote with no reasonable explanation. Approximately 8-1/2 hours following the truck arrivals at Central Karns Storage, they pulled out of our driveway empty and exhausted. Dalton, Terrell, Liston and Gage did an excellent and careful job of loading and unloading everything for our 3 bedroom house. They took direction for placement of the stuff with a smile and were very courteous throughout the day. Thank you!
