We hired Muscle Movers for a local in-town move. The move itself was fine. The crew handled the job accurately. They got everything from point A to point B without major problems. I paid by Zelle through our bank and received confirmation texts from the bank that the transfer had been sent. Within three minutes of completing the transaction I received a phone call from someone at the moving company. From the first moment the tone was aggressive and accusatory. He insisted the payment had not come through and said I would need to provide a debit card instead. I explained that the money had already left our account and sent the bank confirmation texts, including the initial authorization prompt. He then told me that the bank does not send texts. He continued in the same manner. I provided a reference number. He still continued. Only after I sent a screenshot from the bank app showing the funds had been withdrawn and the payment was processing did he calm down. I understand a small business needs to confirm that payment has cleared. The immediate assumption of bad faith and the persistently rude manner, even after multiple forms of proof were provided, were unnecessary and unprofessional. The moving work was acceptable. The handling of this follow-up call was not. read more

DO NOT HIRE THEM. JOHN WAS THE SUPERVISOR. f I could give 0 I would. first off he hired teenagers to pack everything and then left them alone. He called me twice for money for more boxes which was a total of 400.00. Then I when I look in storage units that they packed. Lamps and oil lamps and other breakables were just setting in there on the floor. Several items were broken due to non or poor packing. This is only one unit we have gone through so far. They said the would shrink wrap all the furniture but none was wrapped and at least one dresser mirror was broke. They put quilts and sheets in clear plastic zipper containers they found in closet and threw in storage units it looked like they stood back and threw the boxes in. I had 2 plants that should have went with me, they packed my plants in a box and put in storage and he didn't know which one. Who does that. Storage for dvd's I told him to put in my brothers pick up truck, well we have not seen them yet. Thing were damaged and list. Worst movers ever. I don't know how they have so many stars. I paid a lot of money for destruction of my things. read more

As a part of our move across the country, Muscle Movers were hired to move our full home storage from temporary storage to our brand new home. They had to use two trucks to move everything and they were not careful with moving our items. They dinged up, scraped, dented walls and broke items. They also didn't move the items within the home where each box and tote was clearly marked where it was to go and they were paid to move the items where they belonged. Several of the movers stood around doing nothing and had to be asked to unload a full truck, in other words they had to be asked to do what they were hired to do. Their pricing was very expensive and their service was very poor. I'm very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and lack of care taken regarding moving our possessions. I do not recommend using this company at all! read more

If I could give a sliver of a star I would. They moved my stuff from a storage unit to a garage, it was a lot of stuff but I have never seen stuff so thrown in a garage....did not give a damn about anything. They did not stack anything, boxes were thrown on top of each other no matter the size. If I could post a picture here I would.....will post it somewhere believe me!!!!! Muscle movers.....great name, because they better have muscles because they definitely are lacking in the brain department. They absolutely stole our money for a move that was a TOTAL disaster! Took a little longer than expected. The guys were through in making sure to not stack heavy items onto boxes that were softer and would not hold the weight. They also were fast to let me know if anything was previously damaged from the previous movers/drive cross country. We did give a helping hand part way through to help unload the truck and allow them to safely stack the storage unit. It was a lot of boxes. Guys were nice and I really appreciated they stayed pretty much on call all day for me since i was not sure when the trailer would be dropped off by the trucking company. read more

These guys went above and beyond the call. They made themselves available on the specific day we were shooting for, they were on time, and came in with a great attitude even after they realized I have a tool addiction and were up against some very large and heavy equipment that needed to make the journey. If you want piece of mind of getting your move done! This is the company for you. The drivers made the journey faster than I was able to and also coordinated a date/Time to unload my belongings into our storage unit.
