Very easy company to work with. I was given a reasonable price up front with no hidden fees. I was able to schedule the bin for when I wanted it. The driver called ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. The bin was clean (for a dumpster), with no damage, rust or odor. The driver set us up exactly where I wanted it and was very friendly. When we had filled it up, I called for removal and it was scheduled for the next day. Again, the driver called to let my know he was coming. He picked it up and cleaned up the driveway to the point that you'd never know it was there. They were great. We moved into a new house and stripped all the flooring. I called our local sanitation provider for a quote on a 20 yard roll off and never got a call back. But Bin There Dump That answered right away. They delivered on time and placed the roll off on boards so it didn't leave marks on my driveway. This is by far one of the best dumpster rental companies I've used. The owner was very courteous and professional, and always willing to answer any questions that I had. The dumpster was placed in exactly the location that I needed and was easy to use (side doors due to its large size). The dumpster delivery person was also very courteous to work with, and provided great communication with regard to the drop off and pick up of the unit. The containers are the perfect size, customer service, and communication was absolutely amazing. When the container was delivered the driver was pleasant, friendly, and professional. The driver placed boards down to protect the driveway when he set the container. I used the 10 yard container. These folks were great. Easy to schedule, with good communication. The dumpster was put precisely where I wanted it to be. I liked that I could open one end and walk trash in rather than have to heft it all over the side. They made sure I was ready for them to pick up the dumpster, and then cleaned up as promised.
