I am so pleased with the professional, expeditious service provided by Maurice & Chance of Junk Bee Gone. They are the gentlemen who came for the removal. From the moment I spoke with a representative, to paying for the service, the experience was so seamless. I highly recommend Junk Bee Gone if you have junk you need gone. read more

We demoed the interior of house, and had drywall, insulation, drapery, paneling, a lot of carpet, carpet pad, carpet tack strips, etc. (please see picture). We didn't have a dumpster so it ended up on the front porch! What a nightmare... The hard-working team from Junk Bee Gone showed up on time and saved the day! It was about 95° outside and they worked nonstop until the job was done. I am very grateful to these energetic, professional, hard-working, young men! read more

Great customer service, speedy pick up time (next day) and fair price. Would use again.

If you need a large (or smaller) item disposed of we highly recommend JBG. I believe it was Patsy on the phone who was patient and professional while giving us a quote. The guys they sent for the pick up were Tyler and JT. They arrived early and communicated well with us. They were also friendly and professional. We would use them again without hesitation. read more

Had a large shop area full to the brim with stuff. Sent a message over for a quote. Got a call back that day and Mike was over that day to look at it. Quoted me a per dumpster price and and said it would be 3-4 dumpsters. He had it on the schedule for the following Monday morning. It took their crew all of about 2 hours to get it all cleaned up and hauled away. It wasn't all big stuff either to get done quick. All in all it ended up being 3 dumpsters just like he said. Great professional service. Their crew did great. Would definitely recommend. read more

I called in the morning and they were able to send someone out the same day. Doug, Roy, and Darrin were very professional and had the job done in about an hour and a half. read more

This is an excellent company. Over the years, I have had contact with many different employees, and they have all been 100 percent professional. They are courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, and their price quotes are accurate. I enthusiastically recommend Junk Bee Gone. read more

The customer service after hours is very unprofessional. Because of that I am taking my business somewhere else .

I was charged twice the amount of items that I needed to be taken away. What they advertise is not reality and then they want a 30 dollar tip for a 7 minute pick up. So disappointed read more

We moved from Lenoir City back to Maryville and got Junk Bee Gone to help us. They sent a two man team (Jamal or Jamar and a partner- I can't remember their names now it's been a few months ago) but they were awesome. Worked quickly and efficiently. Helped point out stuff I wouldn't have thought to have moved or thrown away. They were funny and professional. Recommend this service and them specifically as a team. read more

Did not charge us what they quoted.for Kingston work. They went up. I only had papers and couple pieces of furniture We discussed before they came. I was assured of the price. It was almost double that. Still, if Yu get desperate, they are there. Local guys had ripped me off and took my money, so they suited my purpose for a desperate alternative. read more

It was very easy. One call is all it took. I used mine to clean out my wife's grandmothers old house and it made my life so much easier so I didn't have to drive to the dump several times a day. I recommended it to my father and the very next day he called and had his dumpster. It makes cleaning out an old house or getting rid of all that clutter from years extremely easy. If I ever need another dumpster I'll "bee" back. read more

We used Junk Bee Gone yesterday to help clean out the junk that accumulates when you have lived in one house for over 20 years (our house is being sold and we have moved). We used their two men and a truck program and must say it was excellent. The two young fellows were on time, super polite and helpful....never hesitated to take on whatever "stuff" we had to deal with. We ended up with a full truck and they worked hard to get it all in (packed to the ceiling!). For what we got, the cost was a no hassle bargain. We highly recommend JBG to anyone needing such service...we couldn't be happier. (Note....don't know why YELP is showing us in San Fran....nope, Knoxville). read more

These guys and gals were the best. They explained how the dumpster pricing worked (I was a first timer :)) and what all I could put in it. They dropped it off and picked it up without any issues. Also, the pricing was best I found. There may have been another place that wanted twenty dollar less but also had less days on it. The two extra days I got with Junk Bee Gone was worth the deal. I will use them again. read more

Junk Bee Gone delivered 2 dumpsters for a company i work for. Our job site was across the street so they cut us a deal. Very efficent on picking up and bringing back the dumpsters. Very nice people. Delievered the contract immediately after the call. Fast excellent service! read more

The men who arrived to pick up my unwanted items did a fine, efficient job. My complaint is that because my primary residence is in Florida and I tried to write a check drawn on Suntrust Bank here in Knoxville, the owner- manager, Mr. Such, refused to honor it. I have written these checks all around Knoxville and never heard a word of complaint. This business is way too provincial. I would have given one star, but the workers were totally professional and polite. read more

Dale and his son were awesome. They arrived exactly on time, were efficient, helpful, professional and fun to deal with. Dale told me exactly what the cost would be before they started. I was surprised how much junk was in a relative's shed, but they took it all, including a half ton metal desk (kidding). What a pleasure it was to work with a service that is on time, fast and thorough. read more

Don't use this company. Totally misleading. No coordination between management and workers. Were two hours late from established agreed to time. Did not produce pricing list until small job was finished. Did not display the professional demeanor expected. Next time I will rent a U haul and do the job myself.Thought I would receive much better treatment. read more

We found ourselves moving after 17 years in the same house. Decided that using Junk Bee Gone's dumpster service would be our best option. Crazy convenient to have it dropped off and picked up. The driver was prompt and very professional. We needed it two days longer than we thought...not a problem. Very impressed and far exceeded our expectations. Definitely will use them again!! read more

The crew arrived a bit early, took down two large ancient sheds with flooring, one wood and one metal. In addition, they dismantled old garage cabinets with tops and disposed of a standing fireplace and many moving boxes, ect. This was accomplished in less than two hours. There was nothing left behind, not even a screw or nail that needed my attention. read more

This company is bad news. I was told by the owner, Mike, that he charged $199 for 5 days for a 20 yard dumpster, $10 for every day thereafter, $55 if they had to do a pick up in between. I called 3 times to have them fax or email me a contract before I finally got it. There was no email or fax number on their cover letter so that I could get it back to them ahead of delivery. I filled out the contract, which had been sent to me blank, and handed it to the driver who delivered the dumpster. I called 3 days later to have the dumpster emptied, $55, and then learned my contractor was ill and couldn't complete the week. Upon speaking to the owner, I was told the price was actually $299 per week for a 15 yard dumpster, contrary to what he had represented to me only a few days earlier. If you feel you have to deal with this company, I urge you to get your contract signed by the OWNER in advance, because otherwise you are completely at his mercy inasmuch as he has your credit card on file. Waste Connections is cheaper for the same size dumpster and allows you to keep the dumpster for up to 2 weeks, no additional dumping fee. They are very professional, sending you their contract within 10 minutes of your call to place the order. They bill you a month later. read more

I had a great experience with Junk Bee Gone. They brought the dumpster out and placed it where I asked and picked it up on time. Would highly recommend them! read more

Junk Bee Gone picked up two antique chairs that they were told not to pick up so I called the company and asked them to hold them for me and I would come to pick them up. They took them off the truck and sat them aside. I had some difficulty getting a vehicle to get them and I called to let them know. Two days ago I called and Michelle said she didn't see them and she would check on them and call me back.....no call. Today, I called again, left a message and Mike, the owner called me back, he said the chairs had been "recycled". Why would they recycle something they weren't suppose to get to start out with? When I asked why someone didn't call me, he hung up. 1. They had my number and it would have only taken a second to call. 2. The chairs should have been returned to where they got them, since they weren't suppose to get them to start with. 3. They were antiques and can't be replaced. Mike was so hasty to hang up I was going to ask him about pricing another job, but not now! There is no excuse for rudeness and it loses business. Who needs it! I will not recommend this company , there are a lot of other companies that can remove your junk for a lot less money. its just junk, right? Bev L. read more
