The navy chiffon dress that I took to have a small tear repaired at the waistline seam was ruined as well. Rather than going to the inside of the dress and sewing the tear so that it would be undetectable, they stitched it on the front with multi zig-zag machine stiches across the tear!!! It looked worse than ever. The lady at the counter had no idea why I was upset over my $200. dress....nor did she offer to call the manager by phone or make any offer at all. This place is all business, it is clearly a big player in Local Equipment Rentals. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked how they could help. I had already run through the inventory of equipment I was looking for on their very easy to navigate webpage, so I knew just what to ask about. I was promptly shown the available equipment. All appeared to be well maintained and in good working order. A valid ID is required to rent. I used a credit card for payment and the transaction was quick and easy. A loading dock is available making it easy to load into my pickup. Equipment can be delivered if needed, as well. This shop is able to meet both commercial and homeowner needs with a very diverse amount of equipment including loaders and high lifts or simply a plumbing snake. Checking the website or a quick call can confirm the availability of what will help you get the job done! The equipment I rented worked even better than I hoped.
