My husband spilled coffee on his ivory linen coat. Took it to them and they swore they put special…read moreattention on it, but the stain almost looked worse. I was going to put it in the dress up bin for a local preschool when the director said a good cleaner should get it out. Took it elsewhere and voila...stain came right out! Not entirely sure if this was a fluke, took another piece to them with a soiled spot and again, they said they tried...but the soil remained and the other place got it right out. No longer even willing to give them a try, which is a shame because the hours and location are great...but if I am paying 50$ to have my clothes go visit and come home as they left...what is the point?

My brand new WHITE shirt came GREY back from Concord Cleaners in Morristown. It looked like they…read morehad washed it with dark colors instead of dry cleaning it, because it came back to me more wrinkled than when I dropped it off. The navy chiffon dress that I took to have a small tear repaired at the waistline seam was ruined as well. Rather than going to the inside of the dress and sewing the tear so that it would be undetectable, they stitched it on the front with multi zig-zag machine stiches across the tear!!! It looked worse than ever. The lady at the counter had no idea why I was upset over my $200. dress....nor did she offer to call the manager by phone or make any offer at all. I am going to see the manager this morning...and will return to report on how they respond to my complaint.

Had five pallets come all the way across the country, Ronnie was incredibly helpful, brought the…read moreshort liftgate truck all the way to a small condo complex, used a pallet lifter to put them exactly in the most convenient spot essentially right in front of our doorstep. Highly recommend using these guys and their services. If it's possible to ask for Ronnie, you'll know you're taking care of properly.

I'm a big believer in "Supporting Local Business." When in comes to equipment needs this one looked…read morelike they had what I needed so I went in to check them out. This place is all business, it is clearly a big player in Local Equipment Rentals. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked how they could help. I had already run through the inventory of equipment I was looking for on their very easy to navigate webpage, so I knew just what to ask about. I was promptly shown the available equipment. All appeared to be well maintained and in good working order. A valid ID is required to rent. I used a credit card for payment and the transaction was quick and easy. A loading dock is available making it easy to load into my pickup. Equipment can be delivered if needed, as well. This shop is able to meet both commercial and homeowner needs with a very diverse amount of equipment including loaders and high lifts or simply a plumbing snake. Checking the website or a quick call can confirm the availability of what will help you get the job done! The equipment I rented worked even better than I hoped. Believe me when I say it WORKED, because I really WORKED it hard and it never missed a beat. Returning the rental was very easy as well. I will definitely be back to A-1 for my equipment rental needs.

It is now after Christmas, and these very unprofessional people that don't know anything about logistics or customer service still have not delivered my furniture. Each day they set an appointment, someone had to miss work and wait around for these loons. I called JCP to get refund. Christmas was ruined! Thanks for nothing!
