I…read moredrove to their business to schedule an appointment but wasn't able to make an appointment that worked for me right away. I scheduled one for a week in advance, when I would be in town next. I attempted to verify over the phone for 3 days - prior to the appointment. I even drove to his business site the day before to confirm my appointment. I would have to drive 30 minutes to their store and wanted to be sure of the times. There was no answer by phone until after my appointment time, and then when he finally answered the phone, he said I missed it and would need to reschedule. It's hard to do business this way. They have no answering machine or workers to help. Maybe he's too busy to answer the phone and do the work himself, I'm not sure. But if you had a problem with his service, he's obviously too busy to get to you right away.

We have a very specific sign design to match the other tenants in our center. I wish everyone was as efficient and timely as these guys are. Before I could blink they contacted me, wrote a proposal and quote, set a pick up date for the sign box, designed it, installed it and removed my old sign at previous business in 2 weeks. It was the easiest transaction I made......and with relocating a business I was making lots of decisions and working with many issues. So nice to have a pleasant one.
