We reached out to Radioactive for a quote and the owner, Shaun, got back to us right away. We were given a day to make an appointment and an estimate for the work to be done. They were booking about 2 weeks out, which was fine for us. The night before our appointment, Shaun called me and confirmed that we were coming. The next day, we arrived and the car was quickly taken in. We decided to wait at the shop, as there is a small waiting area with about three chairs. We could see why they were booking out, people after people came in looking for parts and/or dropping off their cars. It took a little bit longer than expected, but we were totally fine with that. The results were fantastic and we couldn't be happier. Everything was run through the car and there are zero wires showing. They were able to hook it up straight to the battery with the fuses kit we purchased. Highly recommend the team at Radioactive for anything car audio related. Also found out they do tinting in both carbon and ceramic, remote starts, alarms, custom subwoofer enclosures, and custom LED lighting. And even better, they offer a lifetime warranty on installation labor and tinting.

We stopped in to see them to get a price for striping and putting headlight film on my car. We…read moreshowed them the product prior to buying. About a month later we had the product and brought my car in to have it done. While there I asked what they would recommend to get some stickers off the car handles and they said they would do it. After handing out for hours, it was determined that it was going to take longer than they originally thought so we left the car. During that day there I had asked for an exact amount since they charge a surcharge percentage if you use a card and they refused to give me an amount. When I was told it was done I headed that way to pick it up and then they gave me a total that was twice the amount quoted PLUS they were charging me for removing the stickers AND for washing the car prior to putting the stripes on. When I got there I was shocked. That's actually an understatement. The stripes are taped in some areas, not adhered in others. The headlight film (which I provided enough to do headlights and tail lights) has been over heated and was bubbles. The paint around my windshield was peeling off in chunks. I spoke to who was supposedly the owner and he looked at it and seemed shocked as well. Told me it would get fixed. So I left it again. About two weeks later I had to pick it up because I needed it for a trip to go get my chemo which I get in Florida. It still wasn't fixed. The owner said he wasn't able to get the paint people to fix it during that time. He sat down with my husband and I and said that the windshield would have to be removed to paint it and would I consider having it wrapped instead. He showed me different colors of wrap and even some graphics and said they could do whatever I wanted and to look at examples and get back to him. So we looked at different examples and sent him a bunch of photos to give him examples of what I liked. He pretty much ghosted my husband and I with only an occasional answer. Then all of a sudden he wiped back offering to wrap it at half off. Which was not what was said originally. So at that point I said I wanted my paint fixed and again I was ghosted. Then he comes back with saying that the year and make of my car had issues with the paint around the windshield so they won't do anything at all. So now I'm left with a horrible stripe job, bubbled head lights and peeling paint which I tell everyone where it was done. My car paint was perfect when I dropped it off. It wasn't peeling or bubbles until they steam washed it. I was amazed that this was how this company treated me. It's far from over at this point.

What a wonderful experience getting a giant, custom selfie frame printed for work. A quote was…read morereceived within an hour...which is almost unheard of when submitted online. I had no formal art work (only a handful of inspo pics), so it required some extra efforts and creativity from their end. Lots of follow-up questions, clarity sought/received, and proofs provided prior to the project moving forward. There were several people who worked together to communicate with me and make the creative magic happen. I even heard from the company president, Jim Caughorn. I always think it is a wonderfully personal touch to have those at the top get involved and demonstrate their interest in the customer experience. My project was completed very quickly and was nicely protected by wrapping paper when I arrived to pick it up. The woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful, which I have quickly grown accustomed to at Graphic Creations. While I paid upon pickup, they also have an online invoice payment option. Convenient! I know that I will be back here again for future printing needs. Very impressed with the quality of the job as well as the staff. Thank you!

James and his team are The Best!…read more First Car: They did such an amazing job on my BMW Z4 M Coupe. They removed all the swirl marks and paint imperfections and gave the car a deep, lustrous shine that's better than new. They added a perfect tint that looks badass and keeps the interior nice a cool in summer. Second Car: My daughter's Jeep Liberty. It was ... virtually uninhabitable. The interior was trashed from her teenage years and all her outdoorsy and farm activities. James even found mold in it, which he and his team removed, along with removing the seats to thoroughly clean the interior. I was floored when I saw it. Looks like a nearly new car. I couldn't believe how well those nasty carpets came out. Not to mention the grunge on the doors and... everywhere.
