Jacob initially made it seem like they could take the car in, fully aware I was working with Progressive. Later, I was informed they're not a Progressive repair shop--which is something he should have disclosed during our in-person conversation, not after I followed up. He told me he would contact me with next steps, but never followed up. When I reached out again, he said his phone system was down--yet he had my email, and still made no effort to communicate. I was left completely in the dark, and frankly, it felt dismissive and discriminatory the way I was treated throughout this interaction. He also said that it would take up to two months to repair my car because we would be going through Progressive and sent me to the Caliber Collision in Sevierville--which was a worse interaction. This could have been avoided with basic honesty and professional follow-through. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for transparency and respect.

Personally, I was left feeling less than wowed and, after having my vehicle back for almost a month, the experience is still eating away at me. Caliber Collision makes a lot of promises but my experience was less than. I don't want to get into every single detail, but rather speak to the larger concern .... the repairs. I was in a collision that caused extensive body damage and Caliber did an outstanding job repairing, painting and reassembling. Where they failed was in the finer details. I have protector strips on my doors. The side they repaired got a different color than the side that was not repaired. (I don't know that it would have cost that much more to have them all match). Furthermore, they were not put on properly and are coming off and leaving a sticky, ugly mess behind. In addition, an 'H' for Hyundai was on the driver and passenger doors. They replaced them and they looked awful. They were two different colors and they were not applied with care; so much so that they are no longer on the vehicle. When I brought it to Jacob's attention he assured me that the heat would smooth out the air bubbles and it would look as good as new. (Mind you it was well after 4:00pm on a Friday and I got the impression they just wanted to be done & go home). Here is where my confusion lies ... if you couldn't replace all the protector strips why going messing with the decal. There was no damage to the driver side yet they felt a need to replace it. I am disappointed, to say the least. While I know Caliber Collision claims to stand by their work why couldn't it have been done correctly the first time?

I am throughly satisfied with Diva's work. The owner, Michael, was an active participant in the process and charged well below most other estimates. He drove me to my home across town after I dropped off my car. I was told I'd get a ride back when the job was done. Instead, Michael surprised me by delivering the car to my house!
