I had a small dent in the door of my ATS from either another car or a shopping cart, not sure which. The paint wasn't broken and there were no sharp creases so I thought I would give these guys a try. Boy am I glad I did! These guys are great for dent repair, but absolutely AWFUL for wheel repair. Don't let them touch your wheels to fix curb damage or scuffs. It will look like a beginner with bondo and spray paint fixed it. Awful. Waste of my time and money. Be honest and refer your customers to professionals that can help them. Whoever you have in your shop attempting to fix wheels either needs more training or they need to hang it up! read more

Visited The Dent Station to have a simple dent removed. They did an awesome job, couldn't tell where the dent had been. Only negatives I have is, the wait was bad enough without being tortured with having to watch and listen to Fox News. I would recommend a more neutral news outlet, such as MSNBC. The waiting area should be for everyone, not just the GOP. Also the manager could use a personality. ! read more

WOW! So, I had bought my Acura SUV 5 years ago and I had a 5-year Dent/Tire Rim policy. It had expired this past April and wouldn't you know it, you can get some good door dings down here just like in Washington, DC where I moved from 8 months ago. Anyways, I stopped by to have an estimate done for a few door dings on both front driver/passenger door panels. These guys are awesome. They even got out the leftover part of the door dings from the other company that had worked on them up north. The owner was doing the estimate and he told me, "we can get rid of those old door dings and fix them the way they should have been done." Well, he was freaking right because when the work was done, not even an hour later, I couldn't even tell where the dings were! And this is on a black vehicle where every blemish is visible This is 6 dings we're talking about here!!! The manager in the office was also very nice to talk to. This is just a great outfit and they are as good as it gets when it comes to making your vehicle look great again. Ask them about their "keep it new" policy....it's well worth the money. Covers dings, some dents, scratches and your tire rims too. A+, 5 stars. read more

I expected this to be good, seeing that they have really good reviews. However do not take your wheels there to be repaired. I had a wheel that was gouged that needed fixed; and they "fixed" it. Also known as grinding down the wheel face until it was smooth (although bumpy and uneven) and then painting it again. The result looks really bad. read more

We had 2 vehicles with extensive hail damage. Brought them here for an estimate because of the great reviews. Big mistake. Should have just gone to a real body shop. We left the first vehicle with them for 6 weeks. We are truck drivers and are on the road for 6 weeks at a time. Communication was great. Camaro was finished when promised. We went to pick it up and it was filthy, but seemed to be fixed. We were disappointed that for $9000 they couldn't even bother to wash the Camaro. Dropped off pickup at that same time, but with the understanding we would be home December 23rd. That gave them 7 weeks. During the estimate, we were told specifically that the Line-X bedliner stripes on the hood of our pickup is what saved it and that they could easily pop any dents out. Get home, wash the Camaro... it still has scratches and the new hood is crooked. They fixed the hood, but we had to get someone else to buff out the scratches. Well back on the road and 5 weeks go by. NO COMMUNICATION on the pickup. I call a week before we were to be home and they haven't even started. They claim our insurance agent told them we wouldn't be home until after Christmas. Not true. Never even discussed timing with our insurance. Get home the 23rd... not done. Finally on the 27th they call and it's "finished". Hardly... there are still dents in the corners behind the back doors. One in particular that we had pointed out because the paint was chipped just has sloppy touch up paint thrown on it. The plastic rails on top still were cracked and dented even though replacing those was in the estimate. Oh and best of all? The hood... they replaced it and didn't even bother having Line-X put the stripes back on. Didn't call and even give us a heads up. No... they just gave us $200 off... that striping cost WAY more than $200. Oh... and again the truck was dirtier than when we brought it in. $18,000 worth of repairs and can't even bother to wash the 2 vehicles. They got that second insurance check and didn't even give a shit about the second job, but they sure as hell cashed it right away and had a jolly Christmas. The manager said he would make it right on the dents they missed and the chipped paint, but that would mean leaving it for 6 weeks again. NO THANK YOU. We just traded the pickup for a new one. I waited several months to post a review, hoping to cool off, but I am still disappointed and extremely pissed off. Progressive asked if we were happy with the repairs and we said absolutely not. They will not be sending any claims there now. If you have one or two simple dents, maybe this is the place to go, but anything major? HELL NO. I wish they had just been honest and recommended we go to a regular bodyshop. That I could have respected. But alas... they had a merry Christmas on us and we got a screw job. read more
