For the last three weeks I have made numerous calls to the post office and they told me that the letter was moving . It went from Woodbridge to Sacramento to Long Beach back to Sacramento than to Stockton than back to Sacramento. Last week I was told my tracking number was no good any more. Today I was told that the letter was lost and that I should cancel everything inside the letter. The man from Long beach told me that the letter not being delivered or not being returned was my fault. This type of service is totally irresponsible. I placed my order the day before and specifically asked if the balloons could be ready at a certain time because I was on a time crunch. I was told yes. So why agree to a pickup time if you're not going to have the order ready? Apparently, there is a serious lack of communication between employees at this store. What really irritated me was the employee working today telling me that they "don't normally do much when they first open in the morning." I'm sorry, but that's incredibly unprofessional and not really an excuse--especially when there were plenty of employees standing around. If a customer places an order ahead of time and your store commits to having it ready at a specific time, someone should make sure it gets done. I understand being busy. I understand things coming up. But this wasn't a last-minute order. It was ordered the day before, the pickup time was discussed and agreed upon, and I planned around that time. If you can't guarantee a pickup time, then don't tell the customer that you can. The lack of communication and the dismissive response made an already frustrating situation even worse. Very disappointing, especially because I've normally had good experiences at this location.
