Mark is a lifesaver. I needed 200 color copied flyers same day. Mark was very patient and helpful with formatting and providing information on layout of flyer and types of paper to choose from. I stopped in at 9a on a Friday to drop off my draft flyer. I had other appointments to attend to that day and Mark offered to play around with the formatting of the document and text me different versions (as I was unable to stay). This small act of awesome customer service was greatly appreciated and the flyer tuned out amazing. I will only use this shop for massive copying, printing, etc. read more

Cheers to PostNet-Holiday 2020. Just returned from said business having mailed a Xmas present to a nephew in Steamboat Springs, CO from Galt CA. Package , no guarantees of course, who knows what could develop in this strange year, should arrive by Dec. 23-yippee! But the thing that PostNet is rocking ( today anyway)-NO Lines of hundreds of persons mailing gifts as reported by the news , at local post offices. I walked in at 5:30 pm today and was the only customer, serviced immediately and efficiently and out with my tracking no. In less than 10 min. I hate going to the US Post Office with its long lines, slow service, and unfriendly staff that obviously wish you weren't there to make them work. I have my mail delivered to PostNet and the friendly staff there always are happy to see me when I walk in. They tend to my needs in a quick fashion and always go the extra mile. If it's not busy they are more than happy to chat with you and share a good conversation. They will pack your boxes with expert quality and at a fair cost. If you need something shipped to you, they are eager to help you out to your vehicle no matter the size or weight. All around, I find it a pleasure to stop in to PostNet rather than a chore like the other guys. read more

This place really comes through! I was post Saturday wedding and my rental suit couldn't be returned until Monday. I left my suit with hotel on Sunday with the promise they would get it over first thing Monday morning. Didn't happen but I asked Mark to help me out. He took the time to have my suit dropped off in time to beat the rental companies closing hours! Highly professional business and really went the extra mile to help me out! read more

Each and every time I go to this place there is some excuse about why they can't do this or they can't do that and all with an attitude! They have the absolute worst customer service! Today, I go to return an Amazon package and this is the only UPS store that will not print out the label which is the new system with Amazon! They are too cheap, I guess! The head guy is so rude! Was waiting to be helped and started smelling cigerette smoke. Another customer and myself commented on who is smoking in the store. The clerk said no one. I questioned him about that and he didn't respond. Regardless, I left there was no way I was staying in a small smoke filled store. read more
