If there were negative stars I would give this place that. This is the second time I've encountered an extremely rude woman who obviously doesn't want to be in customer service. I could write the long story about what happened but I don't want to waste my time on this woman. Take the extra 7ish minutes and go to the UPS store in Rocky River (by Whole Foods) everyone there was so nice and were extremely sorry for the way I was treated at the Fairview Park store. read more

I have used this store twice (simply because of convenience) but never again. They were rude my first visit about six months ago and yesterday I got the same treatment. For some reason they do not like giving you a printed receipt but tell you it will be emailed. I never received an email with the tracking info and when I called, Andrew told me it was in my spam---wrong Andrew. Upon checking further at my insistence he told me "oh I emailed it to myself". OK, were you going to let me know? Well, no actually since this is busy time of year. Andrew is one of the rudest people I've come across working in a customer based field. I will go back to using the UPS store in Westlake where they put customer service first and always have a smile. read more

I brought in some pre-paid packages that needed to go to Canada. Since this is a UPS store and is a UPS drop off location, I assumed that I would walk in, drop off my boxes and get a receipt. The gentlemen at the desk saw that the boxes were going to Canada and that they were already metered and labeled (pre paid). I assume that he realized at that point that there was really no money in it for him. He proceeded to tell me that he couldn't take international packages that were pre paid. He told me I would have to go all the way out to the hub in Middleburg Heights. I didn't have time for this obviously. He also said that while they are not allowed to take these international packages when pre paid, the hub will probably tell me that they are allowed to take them. Hmmm... In a last ditch effort to get my boxes out, I stopped in at the great northern UPS store. I brought in one box, asking if I could drop these off. "No problem, do you need a receipt?" The gentlemen even walked outside to help me carry in my packages. No issues, no drama no questions. I will not go back to the Fairview park location. I also doubt that this business will last long with the owner being so arrogant and blatantly lying to his own customers. Shout out to the N Olmsted store. I used this store to ship two items I sold on eBay - one of the items being an iPhone which was going to a P.O. Box. Not being familiar with shipping to P.O. Boxes, I thought UPS could ship anywhere without a problem. Wrong. The owner here, Andrew, informed me he could ship by transferring to USPS. However, he failed to inform me that I would not receive ANY tracking information or confirmation of my package shipment, as I regularly do via email with all of my other package shipments. He simply took my package and had me write down the destination address on a piece of paper. Looking back, I feel quite foolish to have fallen into this scam but I feel it was Andrew's responsibility to inform me of this MAJOR difference when shipping to P.O. Boxes. Of course when I called to see what I could obtain as evidence of shipment to eBay, Andrew was only interested in covering his own ass. He went on a long, rude tangent about how he would have clearly told me there would be no tracking on this specific package. I learned a very expensive lesson here regarding shipments to P.O. Boxes and I will no longer be doing business with this store in the future. Truly unacceptable. read more

This is the only UPS store I use. Kim, Sherry and Danieli always greet me with a smile. I used their expert packing services when I shipped a valuable painting to my daughter. It arrived in perfect condition and on the expected delivery date. Christmas is just around the corner, and I'll be shipping a number of boxes to family all over the country. My mid-Jul-17, experience with Andrew Dietrich, the then UPS Store 5508 owner, was not so good because of the ridiculous shipping cost. Details: Tasks- Pick up 9 boxes from Glenn Research and ship to me in Indiana. * Given the time constraint his pick up charge of $45 was reasonable. * The items were already in boxes suitable for shipping. All the UPS Store did was add tape and the shipping label to each box. * If I had provided prepaid UPS shipping labels to the UPS Store, shipping would have totaled $129, and this is not including any UPS discount. * UPS Store charged me $255 for that taping 9 boxes shut and UPS ground shipping. OUTRAGEOUS! Dietrich lied about what was required for shipping prep and about charging standard retail UPS ground shipping. read more

I thought I'd try the store out with it being under new ownership. Sam and Sherry were very friendly and helpful. On my shipment I was quoted prices for UPS, DHL, and USPS! It's a one stop shipping experience which saved me a lot of time and running around. While in the store I noticed they have mailboxes, shipping supplies and also do printing. I had them print brochures for our school, which were turn around in less than 3 days and the quality was great! I would highly recommend them for all your shipping needs, printing, and office supples. They also have a Notary too! read more

These guys are the best!!! Only wish they had longer hours on Saturdays... Because they were closed, we went to another UPS store & that store closed at least 10 minutes early -- frustrating! Back to this UPS on Monday & we're never going to any other store again! This place is super friendly, fast & the team that works there goes out of their way to help -- from opening the doors when I have a heavy package, to reopening when they see me at the door a few minutes after closing. Lost my package and would not try to help find it. Did not give a tracking number and I had to call 4 timesto get it so I could call the UPS in the city I sent it too. We tracked down the driver and found the package. He was very unprofessional. He was angry that I called 4 times and refused to answer my call. When I called from a different number he answered immediately. It took a whole afternoon but we tracked the pkg. down with no help what so ever from him. read more
