The black lady was extremely combative and I said they were being reported when an argumentative Latina jumped in.

Extremely inappropriate interactions with the customers. Rude, inconsiderate, slow, unknowledgeable, argumentative, hostile and combative. I dropped a bag off from Bounce for a few hours after a layover at Denver airport to go to the Botanical Gardens. No one knew how to check it in or out. I had to catch a bus and the black lady in charge did not know how to check it out. In spite of it being pre-paid would not let me get my bag until their scanner which "wasn't working" was satisfied on their end to meet their needs even though it could be done after I left using my receipt. I told them I had to catch the bus can I please have my bag. And the black lady screeched at me roaring through the place, "she was banging on the door this morning!" I said, was I? A known lie, I simply knocked a lady of slight build at 7:59am. As all I had to do was drop off a bag. It was a horrible process. Do not encounter these crazy ladies for any serious needs, untrustworthy as well for handling luggage. I would not trust them not to steal due to the hostility and inappropriate, unexpected behavior.

I've counted on them on multiple occasions, most recently for my artwork I sold as a vendor at my booth at Goldens in Golden. My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. Their pricing is competitive and I love that I can personally pick it up, see proofs, and talk to a human being and not a chat bot. AND, there are dogs to pet when you go in. So, DUH. I will absolutely use them again and again. Thank you, YellowDog!

We have a business were we depend of FedEx. We have been to…read morethis location on 2 separate occasions. 1.) To print a sign for our business where the guy there was rude, condescending, not knowledgable, and in the middle of helping us decided to literally mop the floor. 2.) After being told by someone to use the drop off box, we noticed after 3 days our packages still haven't left the store. So we came in the store to ask and the "manager" was just so unhelpful, rude, not caring, and cared more about telling us were wring and literally holding our packages ransom until we would "Admit we were wrong" But we weren't wrong. Here is what happened: Friday: we came into the store to drop off a man told my business partner to use the drop box and scan the packages in himself because, asking him to do his to was too hard Saturday: We had to go back in to drop off more samples, and did it how we were told to do it by the employee previously. Monday: We noticed nothing had been shipped. We went into the office explain what happened. The "manager" said he would check the video even though I asked first if he would just check the bin where the packages should be. He proceeded to check the video where he pulled footage of our Saturday visit and was so focused on that and yelling at us to admit we were wrong by the timeline we gave that he didn't even think to ask if we had been there both days. Do not come here. The manager also threw out packages and told us to "Take our Shi*" He should be ashamed of himself. This is not good business.
