    The gentleman who owns this place is super rude. I sell pins and randomly stopped by here on Saturday because I was running errands and it was close. They shipped my pins for $1.95 with tracking and I was amazed because that's the cheapest I've ever paid. I drove back here (20 minutes drive each way) to ship additional pins today because of the pricing and when I went to pay my package was $5. I asked why the sudden increase and the gentleman behind the counter got so rude explaining how he wouldn't do something like that (even though he's the exact human who helped me) and how so I expect him to ship stuff so cheap. I was shipping asking why the difference and explaining I had driven to this location because of how affordable it was. He kept insisting I had stamps (haven't used a stamp in who knows how long. Not even sure I own any) or something. Then he rudely proclaimed "was your 20 minute drive worth saving two dollars?" I seriously wasn't even being mean, just trying to understand why the price was so different on Saturday compared to Tuesday for the same exact package and weight. He said he'd never shipped anything for less than $4 with tracking. I have the receipt and was going to take it in to show him but he literally said "if we accidentally charged you incorrectly I'm more than happy to charge you the additional amount I didn't on Saturday." I've never had someone be SO RUDE when I'm just trying to understand something and am not trying to argue. You would think they would be kind to customers during a time where business is not the easiest thing to come by. I will never be back here based on how I was treated, especially when I flush the receipt and it was 1.95 to ship each item with tracking attached right underneath. It's okay if it was a mistake and I got lucky on Saturday but no need to be down right disrespectful and mock me for driving to give them my business. No wonder they have 3 stars.

    We have a business were we depend of FedEx. We have been to…read morethis location on 2 separate occasions. 1.) To print a sign for our business where the guy there was rude, condescending, not knowledgable, and in the middle of helping us decided to literally mop the floor. 2.) After being told by someone to use the drop off box, we noticed after 3 days our packages still haven't left the store. So we came in the store to ask and the "manager" was just so unhelpful, rude, not caring, and cared more about telling us were wring and literally holding our packages ransom until we would "Admit we were wrong" But we weren't wrong. Here is what happened: Friday: we came into the store to drop off a man told my business partner to use the drop box and scan the packages in himself because, asking him to do his to was too hard Saturday: We had to go back in to drop off more samples, and did it how we were told to do it by the employee previously. Monday: We noticed nothing had been shipped. We went into the office explain what happened. The "manager" said he would check the video even though I asked first if he would just check the bin where the packages should be. He proceeded to check the video where he pulled footage of our Saturday visit and was so focused on that and yelling at us to admit we were wrong by the timeline we gave that he didn't even think to ask if we had been there both days. Do not come here. The manager also threw out packages and told us to "Take our Shi*" He should be ashamed of himself. This is not good business.

I've counted on them on multiple occasions, most recently for my artwork I sold as a vendor at my booth at Goldens in Golden. My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. Their pricing is competitive and I love that I can personally pick it up, see proofs, and talk to a human being and not a chat bot. AND, there are dogs to pet when you go in. So, DUH.
