Established in 1995.
Intelligent Office opened its doors in Boulder, Colorado, as the pioneer in the virtual office industry. With 65+ locations throughout North America, the company is growing consistently. Intelligent Office started the concept of working "virtually" and remains the undisputed leader in this fast-emerging industry as more people leave traditional offices.
Our staff (Intelligent Assistants®) are highly-trained to provide a number of administrative and communications services according to client needs. Intelligent Office® is a customized application of cutting-edge technology. It is smart people, trained by clients, to do it their way and within their budget. It is the new way to have a full-time office and employees at a fraction of the cost. For our staff, it is a mufti-tasking environment providing exposure to a broad skill set. Intelligent Office is the smarter way to manage a business with all services a la carte, so clients use only what they need and pay for only what they use.
Meet the Business Owner: Ralph G.
In 1994, Ralph Gregory incorporated the virtual office concept under "The Virtual Office, Inc". In the early 1990's, Gregory became a father. A successful venture capitalist, he wanted to spend less time at the office and more time at home. He found that much of his business life did not require being in a traditional office, but that he occasionally needed an office space to meet with clients. He needed receptionists answering his phones to maximize his time and to appear as professional as possible. In the interest of keeping his professional image high, but lowering traditional business costs, Gregory founded Intelligent Office. The idea was that clients could work from home (or anywhere their laptops and cell phones took them) while Intelligent Office would serve as their professional office base.
