Have came to this UPS numerous times. I will say this place is a mess. People do not know how to drive in here and it's a smaller lot so it gets tricky sometimes when it's busier. As for the actual store, it's a pretty small/run down location. I don't like that they don't have a self service kiosk for drop offs cause it makes a longer line than necessary. The people that work there are very attentive in exactly what to do no problems no pressure take your time no long lines and if there is a line it goes fast I use them all the time super efficient and great people and great customer service most of all The other UPS stores are not like this one. So if you want to UPS store and you're in the area definitely go to this one I've gone there at least 30 or 40 times and they've never let me down read more

I stopped in the other day to drop off a package. I got there just as they were opening & I met the store manager, Jean. My transaction was handled quickly, the store was clean and Jean was very nice. I use UPS stores a lot and this is one of the better ones. The one drawback (for me) is the busy parking lot. I came here to get a passport photo for my child, the representative who took it, took an over exposed photo (too bright). So when I went to the court house for the application they said it could get rejected and I may end up spending money on the application just for it to get denied. I went back to this store with in two hours to get the photo I needed and the man who took it said he wouldn't help me so I paid $23 for a photo I couldn't use. I paid for a service and didn't get it. Don't come here it's a waste of time and money with poor customer service. read more

They were following Covid rules. Employees and patrons wearing masks. Signs around for social distance. Please workers and clean store. Sanitizer to use as well. Easy to drop off package. The parking can be a bit difficult depending on the time of day. But it was easy for me because I went to the post office outlet down the street to mail some packages and then here to mail UPS. read more

I would not trust them with a cell phone or expensive item. Label created and never moved from their location. When asked what is going on was given a bogus story saying UPS corporate changed the tracking number. I called UPS corporate and they confirmed UPS never changes tracking numbers. When asked to provide the new tracking number by the store owner. They could not and only provided a claim number for an investigation. Lesson learned. Never walk in there again! Nickel and diming at its best. How do you charge $5 for emailing to print the label that's already paid for? For a $6 shipping costs, end up paying almost $12 .. it's not just about the cost that won't kill me, it's about the principle in charging for something such as this.... The owner is very nice. However, he's rarely there. The employees should all be fired. Unfortunately, I think they are all family members. The elderly man left in charge of the store is the most cantankerous, irrationally angry person I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I returned an Amazon item and followed the directions by Amazon for return. The old man started screaming at me from the get-go. He wouldn't accept the package despite the fact that I followed all instructions for return. The horrible unfriendly man was beyond poor customer service. I brought him a bubble mailer with my non-breakable shipment inside. He ordered me to put the mailer back with no reason. I complied. He came out of the back with a large box & wrapping material. To make a long story short, I told him no thank you & he rudely argued with me, raising his voice. I was outraged at what just happened in this UPS Store. I wanted to send something to a friend and thought this would be quicker than the Post Office. Bad choice. OK, the shipping was going to be $18.98, but the clerk didn't tell me about the add-ons. First, $4.50 for a 75-cent box. OK, I didn't have a box, so they had me over a barrel. And then the tax on the box, 32 cents. AND THEN -- the guy charged me another $2.50 to drop my bag into the box! This was called "packing services." He didn't pack anything, he just dropped it into the box. AND THEN, another tax on the bag-dropping of 18 cents! Altogether, these charges added 40% to the cost. I am going to drive to the Post Office next time, for sure. And I recommend others do the same. read more

Very nasty owner at 4801 Linton Blvd, Delray Beach FL would not ship my pre-packed return, labeled box. He didnt like the way I looked. I had a similar experience less than 2 years ago help. Just like the last time, I promptly went to another UPS Store at 14545 Military Trail, Delray Beach and they cheerfully put tape on the end of the box and thanked me. This will be my second review of the UPS Store on Linton Blvd. In Delray Beach Florida, only because it got worse! My complaint had to do with the horrible way I was treated while in the store and the nasty, hurtful people who were supposed to be helping me (they did not!)- this second part is that Zi have since found out, after 3 weeks, that they NEVER SENT MY PACKAGE BACK TO AMAZON!! I have to say this is one of the best UPS drop offs around. Chrissy was so helpful. Since we are on vacation we didn't have a printer to print our return label, Chrissy did it for us. Our kids came and accumulated more than they came with and she helped us get it boxed up and shipped. She went above and beyond. Great personality and wonderful service!! I have been a regular customer for the past 8 years. I always go there because it's a family business. The older man who works there has been so rude the past two times that I will never go back. I brought my Amazon return item back prepaid for the label $10.00 and they told me the store would tape and label box. So I brought it in opened with closed boxes inside, and even picked up a greeting card to give them something, and he was rude and said they don't pack the boxes and that it would be $3.00 to tape the box and put used paper inside to keep the totally taped smaller box from moving around. I asked if I could have a medical device delivered overnight to my daughter who needs it for diabetes and they said yes it will be delivered by 9:30 tomorrow. I found out the next morning that it wasn't delivery so I went to UPS store and told them the package wasn't delivered and that I want my money back and they were yelling at me. They said there was an attempt of delivery. They said the ups delivery man attempted delivery at 9:01am the next day and that is a lie because they have to get through a security guard and the cameras prove that there was no ups delivery man there. Also there were 4 people home and they never heard a knock at the door. The package wasn't delivered until 3 days later. I called the UPS corporate office and they said there isn't anything they could do and they decided to do an3 way call with the ups store and the supervisor at the corporate office was telling them the package wasn't delivered overnight any that I should get my money back and the UPS store manager was yelling at the supervisor over the phone and was threatening her. My husband and I needed a note of republic for legal paperwork. When greeted by the notary he was stone faced and abrupt. Two witnesses were needed also. Yes, there were several pages that needed signatures. Half way through one of the men told us that if we had anymore paperwork needing a notary, not to bring them there. I ask you if this is the way anyone should be treated when in need of a notary? This is an expensive request as you pay for each stamp that is used to notarized.
