Nihil went above and beyond helping me ship an oversized package. She even printed the shipping label I emailed to her because it was the less expensive option, which I greatly appreciated. This place scam people. I tired to send package 26 lbs to my home in New York. Shipping tripod some batteries for video shoot i had. Cost me 70.00 to ship from new york to my shooting location in Delray. I finished my shoot and was sending my job back. An Indian sales person said that it will cost me fastest shipping 800.00 ! Then lowest 500.00 i screamed at him how can you chatge for 25lbs box that price was more than the round trip ticket to Florida. I went back home used PayPal ship now cost me 39.00 to ship after measurements weight. Pleae avid this store they are in the business ro rip unknowing customers. 500 to 800 price quote and just getting the label yourself. I wouldnt trust this place with printing any labels. Came today to print some business cards. I was hoping they did because they have a GREAT panel that says We print BUSINESS CARDS... yeah right, I mean if you dont just put that down and put something in the door so we clients can now that. Just dont let us wait there like idiots.. time is gold and when I waste my time is ridiculous. You should instead of putting we print, say and be polite Sorry we print but only papers.. Good enough. Staff was very friendly in an "I really don't want to be here" kind of way, but who can blame them? It was a beautiful day outside and who wants to be stuck indoors, waiting for a Coronavirus infection? Service was slightly slow, but not awful. I wasn't cursing anyone under my breath, so that's a plus. The staff wore masks, but the FNG's (you can Google that) face mask was pulled down below his nose, and THAT was very much NOT appreciated. Horrible customer service. There is a manager that is a " can't do person ". Giving us all sort of problems she could really solve. For example, she asked to put my return in a box and my package came in a plastic bag. Refused to help me. I also saw another lady that her label was a bit blurry and she could not enter the return number or tried to help her reading the one label she had on her phone. This has got to be the worst UPS location in south FL. Multiple times do I go and always an issue. Not only could they not scan my packages and told me there is nothing they can do but also did not help two people in front of me. They either need more staff or faster people. They have one old man named jack who is super nice, not only is he wrapping everyone's packages to ship but he's also checking people out. The older women who worked with him her name started with an E was terrible. She only do one thing at a time at a very slow rate. Second time coming into this store and I don't know why I put my self through this miserable experience. I tell them I have an account and he flat out tells me that their systems don't work with accounts which absolutely makes no sense because aren't all UPS stores have the same database why would yours work any different?? I feel like because unfortunately of their old age they are computer illiterate. Retire already please. Also, if you're thinking of having them print resumes or anything personal, just know that the computer they use is right in the area where people stand in line. This will be my second review of this business, simply because things only got worse since my first one! The people who worked there were rude, unhelpful, and complained that I was taking too long (I was looking up things that they refused to do!). They kept telling me that it was not their job to send merchandise back to Amazon, which is simply not true. I found out yesterday that they NEVER SENT OUT MY BOX AFTER 3 WEEKS! They still have it! I think it was out of spite because they made it clear they did not like me, and made me stand there WITH MY WALKER FOR OVER AN HOUR, TAKING OTHER CUSTOMERS WHILE IGNORING ME! They allowed other customers to berate me because it took so long! They threatened to throw me out of their store! Evil, nasty, untrained people working there who upset me so much....and, they still have my merchandise!! Store employees treated their patrons horribly. One of the employees kept removing her mask to talk to an elderly woman. The woman was right next to her and they were not separated by the plastic shield. I was on line and said to the employee that she shouldn't lower her mask as she could infect the elderly woman. The other store employee started screaming at me and told me I should leave if I didn't like it. I took my package and went to another UPS store down the street. I was horrified when the other employee was screaming and got red in the face from being so angry. I was just trying to prevent this elderly woman from getting sick. There was another man in the store without a mask and the employees didn't care. Masks should be worn indoors at all UPS stores. It was required at the other one I went to. read more

Too bad you can't give ZERO stars. There was a customer without a mask on at the counter for 5 minutes. One of the employees kept lower her mask to talk to a elderly customer about a foot from her face. When I mentioned how dangerous both of these activities were the manager lowered her mask and yelled at me, that the employee had to keep lowering her mask because the elderly customer was hard of hearing. As opposed to simply speaking louder with the mask on. No mention of the other maskless customer. No signs requesting masks for all customers. Dimly lit. Insufficient amount of waiting area between front door and counter for more than 2 people. People on line behind me were also commenting about both behaviors and how dangerous the store seemed. The manager yelled at me to leave because I had raised a health concern about how dangerous this store is. I said I'd rather be alive and leave than stay another minute in her death trap with such a dangerous minded pair of employees. I went to the UPS store 3 miles away on Atlantic. This store is Hell. That store was heaven. Avoid this UPS store at all costs, if you want to live beyond the Covid pandemic. read more

Guess I should've gone to Office Depot before I went here customer service at the store is always been terrible I have been coming to this one for years and every single time there's some sort of issue if I checked yelp and seen all the one star reviews I would've known. I walked here from my house which is almost a mile away with two items to return for Amazon which they said do not package because UPS would package and label I get there the lady has to sell me a box and when I explain to her what Amazon said she said sorry not my problem so I Ask her to just give me the label because I have boxes at home and I would go home box and label it and drop it off at a different time she said she couldn't do that because she didn't know if I would put them in the box which is the most ridiculous thing in the world because how else would I get my return if I didn't put the items in the box so I went home and boxed it came back and they still don't know What I put in the box so what was the difference other than to piss a customer off this is the last time I will use the store ever read more
